M.S. structural works in roof trusses with tubular sections conforming to IS: 806- 1957 & IS: 1161- 1958 connected to one another with bracket,gusset,cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-In-Charge complete including cutting to requisite size. fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1956 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS: 814- 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section. consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental charges such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc.(Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural tubular members as specified in relevent IS code in finished work. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat may be made by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members. The rates are considere

(i) For trusses spanning up to 12.00 m.

Galvanized corrugated iron sheet work (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10 mm. dia J or L hook-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm. end lap and one corrugaion minimum side lap. ( payment to be made on area of finished work). (GCI sheet to be supplied by contractor)

(i) in Roof:-.

(b) With 0.63 mm.thick sheet.

Ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant codes.

(ii) River bazree.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at inter-section, complete as per drawing and direction

(a) For works in foundation, basement and up to roof of ground floor/up to 4m. Tor steel/Mild steel.

Hire and labour charge for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging up to 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thick ness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or staight including fitting fixing and striking out after complection of works. (up to roof of ground floor).

(f) 25mm. To 30mm. Shuttering with out staging in foundation etc.

Galvanised iron sheet ridging fitted with necessary bolt, screws, washers etc complete. (225 mm end lapping).

(A) 300mm laping each way.

(b) With 0.63 mm sheet.
