The bidder is required to have prior work experience in projects similar in nature to the works. The abandonment of any work or rescission of any contract during the last 2 years will be considered as disqualification towards eligibility. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have completed work of a similar nature with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed 2 similar works, each with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. The bidder should have completed a single running work of a similar nature, which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more, and the value of which is not less than the desired value at 40% of the estimated amount put to tender. The bidder needs to provide a list of projects completed, including details such as name of the project, location, nature of work, contract price, percentage of participation, and dates of commencement and completion. The contract price and percentage of participation should be mentioned. More than 40% of the project cost should have been executed during the last 5 years for similar projects. The bidder should not have abandoned more than one work, and not more than one of their contracts should have been rescinded during the last 2 years from the date of publishing of this notice. The estimated amount, date of completion of the project, and detailed communicational address of the client must be indicated in the Credential Certificate, accompanied by a Work Order, Price Schedule, and Payment Certificate of the respective work.
