Supply & delivery of 1.1 KV grade 4Cx16 sqmm XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed aluminium armoured [As per IS 7098] cable (NICCO/GLOSTER/HAVELLS-brand)

PWD (Elect.) F-2 I (a) Laying of one no. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) nos. bricks per meter including filling the space between the brick and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

PWD (Elect.) F-I 3 (a) Laying only one cable upto 50 sqmm through existing RCC/Hume/GL & PVC pipe/Open/Masonry trench for single 2,3,3.5 & 4 core.

Lifting of the running u/g cable, coming to the looping cable box, upto the top of the muffing above the ground level by drawing through 40 mm dia Alkethene PVC pipe of superior quality and tiding the same by no. 10 GL wire with the pole including supply of pipe and wire & filling the top of the pipe/pipe hole with bitumen and neat cementing properly (average run - 1.5 mts./run x 2 runs per pole)

Supplying of looping cable box - 250mm (H) x 200mm (W) x 100mm (D) made of 14 SWG CRCA steel sheet duly hot deep galvanized and 2 nos. x 25 mm x 6 mm G.I. Clamp complete with bolts & nuts etc. as required for fastering looping cable box - with the pole including providing drilled holes for cable entry and street light wiring & comprising of 1 x 2A SPMCB to be placed on a Din channel and 1 x 4 Way/150 A Cable Terminal as required.

PWD (Elect.) F-4 c,d Supply and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, rubber rings for dust & moisture proof entry of PVC armoured cable as below: i) 4 C x 16 Sqmm

PWD (Elect.) F-5 8 (b) Finishing the ends of following cables by crimping method including S & F dowles, solderless socket, tapes and jointing materials

Supplying, Laying of HDPE Pipes, Rates of HDPE Pipes Grade-PE80 (PN-10.0), OD-50mm and ID- 40.8 mm

Connection of luminaire with 3C x 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated FR-P Round copper conductor (Finolex/KDK brand) through poles from looping box to light fittings as required by supply & drawing the same.

Supply and installation of Feeder Pillar Box of size 600 x 600 x 300 mm, having separate compartment at one side for metering arrangement on wooden board, made of 4 mm thick CRCA steel sheet, outdoor type with top canopy, sides having louvers for vetilation, double door, weather proof powder coating and would have 400 mm long 40 x 40 x 6 mm, 4 nos angle iron leg with 5 mm plate at their bottom end painted, complete with copper bus bar & extra locking arrangement as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Consisting the following items in the feeder pillar): i) 40 Amp,415V TPN MCB MCB Isloton 10ka Breaking Capacity (L & T) - 1 Set ii) ML4 Contactor 40 Amp Air Break AC Coil Contactor (L & T) - 1 No. iii) 230V, 24 Hrs. Time switch (G/C or similar make) - 1 No. iv) 5-10 Amp SPMCB (L & T / Havells) -6 Nos. (C - Series) v) 20 / 2A Control Fuse (GE / HPL) - 7 Nos. vi) Indicating lamp (LED) (Emco) - 3 Nos. vii) Cubical illu, Lamp & Limit Switch - 1 Set viii) Power terminal (ACDC) - 2 Sets ix) Amp Meter with C.T. (L&T) - 1 Set Installation of the Feeder to be done by earth cutting, brick soiling and C.C. foundation as required & sand filling, ramming and muffing around the Feeder Pillar Box by brick and cement mortar work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

PWD (Elect.) G-I 2 (a) Earthing with 50 mm dia GI Pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3 mts. Long and 1 x 4 SWG GI wire (4 mtrs long) 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts double nuts, double washers including S & F 15 mm dia GI Pipe protection (1 mtr long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above the ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 mts. below the ground level & restoring the surface duly rammed. PWD (Elect.) G-3 3 (a) Extra for providing masonary enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm. x 86.36 cm. x 46 cm. deep (below ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25 cm duly plastered with cement mortar inside. C.I. Hinged civer if 36.56 cm x 36.56 cm with seeking arrangements G.I. reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the G.I. Pipe.
