Earthing the steel tubilar pole with 19 mm dia x2.5 mtr. Length G.I rod & 1no. 4 SWG G.I wire up to 4mtr. Length 15 mm dia x 65 long G.I bolt, double nuts & washer including supply of all meterials as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply & fixing the Havells make 415 V 63 Amp. With Rewireable Porcelein FuseUnits TPN main switch. With iron angle & necessary fixing materials on wall including inter – connection and earthing complete.

Supply and delivery of 195/200 W LED type flood light Luminaries with single dia ceramic base high power LED,PDC housing and intregrated flood optics for wide angle distrubition with IP-66 ingrase proction, external surge proction and epency 120 LM/ Watt confurming to latest assredition of LM 79 and LM-80 report and latetest NABL assredition. The inbuilt LED driver should be house with fittings. LED driver should be D50 certificied. LED driver and housing should be from the same manufacturer. LED should be warranty for 5 years and as per direction of EIC make: Philips/Crompton/Havells/Benlo.

Installation of LED flood light and its control gearboxes if any and other suitable accessories.

Wiring in 1.1 KV grade single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC)of following sizes in 25mm PVC casing-capping (Precision make) incl. necy. PVC clips, fittings etc. a) 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm)

Supply of 1.1 KV grade 4 core 16 sqmm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Al conductor armoured cable as per IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 with upto date amendments. Make Gloster/Nicco/Havels/Polycab or equivalent.

Micro-tunnelling across road including supply of HDPE pipe of 4 core 16 sqmm PVC armoured cable & laying of cable through HDPE pipe by jack push method.

Laying of one cable up to 35 sqmm in under ground trench 460 mm wide x 760mm average depth with bricks proctions on the top of the cable with 8 nos bricks per Mtr. Including filling the sape between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted soil laveling up and restoring surface duly rammmed.

Finishing of the XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable ends by soldering with cable sockets and insulated tapes etc.,including supplying sockets, soldering materials, tapes etc. and making connection to switch, BDB and BBC etc. 4 core 16 sqmm cable

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables 4 Core up to 16 Sq mm

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint. (a) Up to 9 Mtr. Long pole (i) 1st coat of aluminium paint over 1 coat of RO priming.

(ii) 2nd coat of aluminium paint over 1st coat.

Supply and fixing Iron clamp, Nut Boltt clamp MS 3/3 clamp, and labour charges.

Supply and erection of the feeder pillar box will be made 2.64 mm. CRCA sheet with 50mm. x 50mm. x 6mm. M.S. angle frame, double hinge door, both front sides with stiffeners handle complete integral canopy & panel outdoor installation, after completion of total primer will have to be applied followed by two coats of finish paint (Synthetic enamel paint grey of approved shade) door sealing arrangement are to be made with soft rubber gasket of thickness not less then 3 mm. cable entry will be bottom only for which detachable type gland plate with punch holes suitable size of PVC armoured cable. The feeder pillar box will have earth bus made from G.I. plate of size 25mm. x 6mm. Electrolytic grade copper plate of size 25mm. x 6mm. for phase & neutral will have to be provided & fixed on insulator & bus bar should be colored coated PVC sleeved, inter-connection between bus & components are to be made by 1.1 KV grade insulated copper conductor of suitable size, 2 nos. full threaded G.I. bolts, nuts, washers are to be provided on two sides of the feeder pillar box as earth stud, the overall tentative of the feeder pillar box will be 1200(H) x 700(W) x 450(D) approx with the following components. 63 Amp. 4 Pole MCB Siemens / ABB/L&T make……...1 No. 16 Amp. 4 Pole MCB Siemens / ABB/L&T make ……...2 Nos. Contractor 70 MNX (L&T) make..............................1 no. Timer (L&T/GE)....................................................1 no. The enclosure shall be suitable IP 55 protection & two nos. danger plate to be provided on the front & rear door of the feeder pillar box.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe
