Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75m. In ground floor including roof. (a) above 150 mm. thick

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. (a) In ground floor including roof.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal /Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Filling empty Cement bags with dry earth or sand, stitching the bag (cost of thread included) and carrying and placing them in position and all identical charges complete but excluding cost of sand and gunny bags.

Supplying empty cement bags in good condition.

Construction of manhole with chamber of size as given below as per requirement without shaft with cement brick work (1:4) over 150mm. thick jhama cement conc. (1:4:8) bed over a layer of brick flat soling including providing 150mm. thick R.C.C. slab with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with reinforcement as per standard drawing over the chamber chamber, brick on edge flooring with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) in the invert with 20mm. thick cement plastering (1:4) finished fine with neat cement 1.50 mm. thick in the inside walls and invert, including supplying,fitting and fixing R.C.P.C. manhole cover & frame (35 M.T. load bearing capacity) with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) & C.I. steps (4kg. Each) including cutting hard crust, excavation, dewatering, back filling and removal of spoils but excluding shoring complete as per standard drawing . (Depth of invert shall be between 1.25 m. and 1.80 m. below G.L.) i) Average depth of invert 1.25 m. below G.L with 250 mm. thick brick work d) Above 900 mm to 1200 mm dia having internal size (1500mmx1600mm)

Construction of gullypit 1100mmX625mm. inside measurement and depth of invert 1500mm. below G.L. with 250mm. thick cement brick work (1:4) over 100mm. thick jhama cement concrete (1:4:8) bed over a layer of brick flat soling including providing 150mm. thick R.C.C. slab with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with reinforcement as per standard drawing, brickon-edge flooring in the invert, 20 mm. thick cement plaster (1:4) finished fine with 1.5 mm. thick neat cement in the inside of walls and invert including supplying, fitting and fixing R.C.P.C. gully grid (15-M.T.load bearing capacity) and 225 mm. dia. C.I. Syphone including cutting hard crust,excavation, dewatering, back filling and removal of spoils as per standard drawing .

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Manhole connection (upto 450 mm. dia.) including mending good all complete with (1:2:4) cement concrete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

By Mix in Place Method : Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface in proper grade and camber,compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, guarding,barricading, including cost of all materials,machinery, tools and plants including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) Grading – I

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including screening of aggregates and granular materials, premixing the material with water at OMC in Wet Mix Plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with Paver in Sub- base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, including supply of all materials,machinery, fuel and lubricants, including incidental costs for lighting, guarding, barricading, making earthen bundh to protect the edges including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 406 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs (size: 410 mm x 310 mm x width 150 mm at bottom with circular nosing at top) (Nano kerb) of cement concreat M25 Grade without reinforcement, fixing as per approved pattern and setting in position at site after preparing the bed grade and slopes by laying Cement concrete with jhama khoa (1:4:8) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including filling of joints with 10 mm thick cement morter (3:1) and back filling the vertical piece properly with earth duly compacted and curing the morter joints for atleast 3 days including cost and carriage of all materials complete.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm.including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) iv) With carried earth arranged by the contractor within a radius exceeding 5 km. but not exceeding 10 km. including cost of carried earth

Supplying & laying ornamental cement concrete road channel (300mm x 300mm x 100mm) of M-25 grade, concrete on 150 mm thick foundation concrete of M-15 having 50mm projection beyond kerb stone all complete as median as per direction of EIC.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety

Supplying & laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking concrete block pavement (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per table 1 of IS-15658: 2006) manufacture in the steel mould complete to a vibrabiting table by hydrollic pressure (as per Cl.No.3.26 of IS:15658 with flexular strength/ breaking load as per annexure G of IS: 15658, on the prepared brace course of specified CBR as per table 1 of IRC-SP:63(2018) or else as maintained in the design and drawing with a cushion of completed beding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRCSP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with a joint filling sands (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRCSP-63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per Cl.No.8.7 of IRCSP-63 (2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction, levelling and filling up of the edge gap. 100 mm thick (i) Grey
