The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value and formulas is: - Earnest Money: 2% of the Estimated Amount or Rs 10 Lakh, whichever is lower

The bidder should have prior work experience of one single running work of similar nature, which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more, with a value not less than the desired value. Alternatively, the bidder can produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender, or two similar works each with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: 40% of the estimated amount, 30% of the estimated amount, and 80% completion of a single running work. Additionally, for running works, a certificate of satisfactory running work is required, stating the value of the work equal to the booked expenditure.
