Supply of High Density Poly- ethylene pipe conforming to IS-4984-2016(PE-100, PN-6) A.6 kg/ Sq.Cm. (Working Pressure)

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:3:6) with graded Jhama khoa excluding shuttering ,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor.

Hire and Labour Charges for shuttering with hard wood for precast R.C. Slab curved, or stright and striking out the same including fitting, fixing the precast slab in position with necessary carriage and haulage, hosting etc,complete in all respect.(only the area in contact with concrete to be measured)

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs (size: 410 mm x 310 mm x width 150 mm at bottom with circular nosing at top) (Nano kerb) of cement concreat M25 Grade without reinforcement, fixing as per approved pattern and setting in position at site after preparing the bed grade and slopes by laying Cement concrete with jhama khoa (1:4:8) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including filling of joints with 10 mm thick cement morter (3:1) and back filling the vertical piece properly with earth duly compacted and curing the morter joints for atleast 3 days including cost and carriage of all materials complete.

Supplying and laying in the specified pattern of interlocking concrete block pavements(ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per table 1 of IS 15658 : 2006) manufactured from BIS license manufacturer, with spacer nib (small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per Cl. No 3.26 of IS: 1568) and specified size and shape with aspect ratio the ratio of length t othickness of a paver block, as per cl.no.3.3 of IS: 15658) as per table 2 of IS: 1568 with flexural strength/breaking load as per annexure g of IS:1568, on the prepared base as certified CBR as per table 1 of IRC SP 63 2018 or else as of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the building sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) paver block with joint filling sand and completing the edges with cut blocks as per CL.No. 8.7 of IRC SP-63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction, levelling and filling up of the edge gap. 60 mm thick i) Color Decorative

Relaying& resetting interlocking Paver Block 60mm thick of any shade and approval quality over 75mm thick medium and as per IS 1237-1980 laid in pattern as directed in pavement, footpath, drive wat etc. including necessary underlay complete in all respect with all labour and materials( Border concrete if necessary to be paid seperately).

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
