Laying of D.I. (K-9) pipes with all D.I. Specials and valves including Supply and delivery at site ISI marked Socket and Spigot jointing system centrifugally cast DI (K9/K7) Pipes conforming to IS 8329-2000 (Third revision) in standard length 4 m, 5 m, 5.50 m, 6 m for push-on joint (rubber gasket) with internal cement mortar lining and external protection by metallic zinc coating with finish layer of bituminous /epoxy coating on outside as per IS: 8329-2000 specification with necessary jointing material rubber gasket (IS: 5382:1985) and M.S. Pipes including transportation, loading unloading and stacking at site including supply of polyethylene sleeves, including earth work in excavation in trenches, shoring (if necessary) of adequate width having minimum depth to keep the top surface of pipe 1.10 m below of the existing ground level in any kind of soil mixed with boulder, metal crust, concrete pavement, any road sub-grade and its flank etc., dewatering the trenches, preparing the bottom surface of the trenches for continuous bedding including sand filling (if necessary) Over-Ground installation to cross small ditches etc. supported with RCC pillars and fitting, fixing, jointing (all types of joints) valves, specials etc. as per requirement, in position, cutting, chamfering of pipes as required, carriage of materials from departmental store to work site (if any), constructing sluice valve chambers including supply and fitting in position sluice valve of different dia. & supply and fitting in position D.I. Survey, design & drawing ,Supplying and laying of M.S. Conduit 600mm dia. (internal) 10 mm thick as casing pipe and 300mm dia (internal) 10mm thick M.S.. carrier pipe across 1 no. Road Railway Crossing near Babla Road ( 23°152954N, 88°262199E) by Jack Pushing Technique with necessary pit arranged of pipe line by connecting with the proposed 300 mm dia 10 mm thick Intake line on both sides including necessary restoration and by supplying all materials as requried for the proposed water supply scheme within Santipur Municipality Zone 3 under AMRUT a) On submission of survey, design ,drawing, approval from Railway/NH and 100% completion of fabrication or supply of M.S.Casing pipes & M.S. Carrier pipes (30% of quoted amount) b) On completion of Jack Pushing work and neccesary connection with Diostribution line at both the ends (70% of quoted amount) * Only the charges / demand for Restoration fees Licence fee/NOC fees raised by NH/Railway Authority will be borne by the TIA/EIC.

FOR DISTRIBUTION ZONE 2 Supplying and Laying of 350 mm dia (ID) M.S. Pipe conduits to be prepared from 8 mm thick M.S. plate by Horizontal directional drilling technique (H.D.D) including supplying and laying of 200 mm dia Carrier ( MS) Pipe within the conduit, across and underneath the Road for Santipur Municipality area under AMRUT 2.0

FOR DISTRIBUTION ZONE 2 Supplying and Laying of 400 mm dia (ID) M.S. Pipe conduits to be prepared from 8 mm thick M.S. plate by Horizontal directional drilling technique (H.D.D) including supplying and laying of 300 mm dia Carrier ( MS) Pipe within the conduit, across and underneath the Road for Santipur Municipality area under AMRUT 2.0

FOR DISTRIBUTION ZONE 3 Supplying and Laying of 450 mm dia (ID) M.S. Pipe conduits to be prepared from 8 mm thick M.S. plate by Horizontal directional drilling technique (H.D.D) including supplying and laying of 350 mm dia Carrier ( MS) Pipe within the conduit, across and underneath the Road for Santipur Municipality area under AMRUT 2.0

FOR DISTRIBUTION ZONE 5 Supplying and Laying of 300 mm dia (ID) M.S. Pipe conduits to be prepared from 8 mm thick M.S. plate by Horizontal directional drilling technique (H.D.D) including supplying and laying of 150 mm dia Carrier ( MS) Pipe within the conduit, across and underneath the Road for Santipur Municipality area under AMRUT 2.0
