S/F of LED based 200W Flood Light, housing made up of Pressure Die Cast Housing, Anti dust exposed lens. The fixture should have a minimum system efficacy of 110 lumen/watt & a minimum system lumen output of 25000 lumens. The fixture shall have a CRI of minimum 80. The fixture shall be designed for a system life of minimum 50,000 hours @ 70% lumen maintenance. The fittings have to be IP66 and mechanical Impact Resistance Rating of IK=05 & Surge protection of =3KV, all as per direction of E.I.C. Warranty of LED lighting fixtures: • Warranty of LED lighting fixtures; 05(five) year from the date of commissioning, certificate issued by the original equipment manufacturer shall be submitted by the bidder. • The bidder must submit the Authorization letter/Certificate for LED lighting fixtures from the original equipment manufacturer for their design, technical supports, during installation , trial test & commissioning of the total lighting system as mentioned in the BOQ with model no. & type of different luminaries and back up support upto the 5 (five) years warranty period for the total lighting installations testing & commissioning including trial run in presence of original equipment manufacturers etc. The bidder must also submit five (05) years warranty certificate from the respective manufacturer with a signature of power of Attorney holder/Company Authorised person. Supplying & Erection of big size feeder Pillar Box of Size (1372 mm x 914 mm x 607 mm) made up of 3.15 mm thick M.S. Plate along with suitable M.S. Angle. The P.B. have double hinge door at the front & back with suitable locking & louver arrangement. The box will be painted by 2 coats of aluminiam paint over 1 coat of red oxide paint. Suitable arrangement should be provided for fixing of Timer unit, fuse unit & other accessories. Leg of the pillar box will be 900 mm in length made up of (35 mm x 35 mm x 3 mm) MS Angle with suitable base Plate. Legs of the Pillar box will be erected at 300 mm below the ground level with cement concrete (1:2:4). Rest portion coverd by 125 mm Brick Wall with plastering & net cement & bottom portion filled with silver sand as per direction of E.I.C.
