Length 40mm × 40mm angle leg grouted by 4:2:1 cement concrete with painting both in & out side by two coats of synthetic enamel aftr one coat of Red Led primer completed, comprising the following materials are fabricated by welding for fixing of E.I accessories as follows.(Suitable size 2 nos. .085mm × .085mm × 40mm M.S angle, 2nos 1.40mm×1.40mm× 40mm M.S channel fabricated inside the box by welding, 1 nos × 1.20 mtr×80 mtr × 20mm thick bakelite sheet fixed for Supply & fixing. i) 100 Amp. Sheet steel enclosed main switch of L&T make with DIN type HRc Fuse – 01 No, ii) 63 amp Sheet steel enclosed main switch of L&T make with DIN type HRc Fuse – 01 No, iii) Copper Bus ar of Size 25mm×450mm×5mm fixed on VMC insulator fixed in a Suitable size Bus Bar chamber, iv) L & T make FASD Starter Model-ML1.5 F with 20-30 Amp. Realy range / BCH having same specification, v) City coil of bus bar (100/.05), vi) A.E Make Amp. Mtr. & Volt meter & Selector switch, 3 nos Phase Indicator (Led) on one side, & 100 Amp. Porcelain Kit Kat on another side ) All equipment’s are connected by suitable size copper wire. Vii) Single Phase Preventer.

Earthing installation by 50 mm dia G.I Tata(M) pipe × 3 mtr length by drilling method, not to hammer incl. connection electro pipe by stranded wire to the panel & equipments
