S/F M.S. loop box (14 SWG) of size 10 cm x 10 cm x 7.5 cm Each 305.00 suitable for housing the water-tight switch and providing the wire lead in lead out arrangement for switch and lamp holder connection. One side of the cover lid of the box is to be hinged type and the other side with proper clamping and locking arrangement the box. The set is to be fixed in suitable position on iron leg on wall as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply of 12.50 meter High mast lighting system with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two sections with steel material confirming to BSEN 10025 and material shall be high tensile steel, grade S355, hot dip galvanised confirming to BSEN ISO 1461 and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, 2 continues steel wire rope 6 mm dia (7/19 construction), trailing cable, double drum winch, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for up to 8 luminaires symmetrically & its control gear( Make of Gear Box : New Allen Berry works / Chandra Gear / Elecon Engineering / Shanti Engineering) boxes and lightning finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation along with Supply & Fixing of Cu Cable of Power Tool motor, Wiring for Luminaries, Anchor Plate, Foundation Bolt, Nut, Washer, and common Template all complete. Erection of high Mast (12.0 / 12.50 M) on RCC foundation with cement concrete considering actual SBC of soil, with the help of suitable modern engg. tools and Plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials like PVC insulated flexible cable of suitable copper conductor core of 1.5 mm² lugs, up to 10 nos. 6A MCB along with construction of shallow foundation with cement concrete for high Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity as per site condition, as per drawing and design of manufacturer of the mast. The soil test and submission of its report is within the scope of the work.

Supply of control panel Housing 32 A TPN incomer, double dial timer contractor circuit for the automatic switching control of luminaries, outgoing terminals and control circuit for the power tool motoe, 2 Nos 9 A Contractors and raise lower push button all complete.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. Supply and erection of M.S Sign Board (1500mm x 900 mm) with necessary lettering etc. Complete. Febrication and erection of the board to be done with M.S angles such as, frame (25x25x5 mm), M.S sheet of 0.5 mm thick & Posts with M.S angles (50x50x6 mm) section at a clear hight of atleast 2.5 mtr. above ground level. Fixing of the complete board with necessary information as per relavent and updated G.O, has to be carried out by digging holes (0.6x0.6x0.6 mtr) in all sorts os soil and packing the M.S angle posts with cement concrete (1:3:6) of section (0.45x0.45x0.90 mtr) and filling the gaps with the excavated earth including priming and 2 coats of paint on the both sides complete in all respect as per direction of the EIC.
