The bidder is required to have prior work experience in projects similar in nature to the works. The required prior work experience includes: 1. Completion of work of a similar nature with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years. 2. Alternatively, completion of 2 similar works, each with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years. 3. Completion of a single running work of a similar nature, which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more, with a value not less than the desired value at (I) above. Additionally, the bidder needs to demonstrate their experience by providing a list of projects completed, including details such as name of project, location, nature of work, constructing agency, supervision agency, contract price, percentage of participation, original date of start of work, original date of completion of work, actual date of start of work, and actual date of completion of work. The bidder should also provide a certificate from the employer to support this information. The bidder should fill out a form (FORM-IV) that includes the above-mentioned details for each project. The bidder should have executed more than 40% of the project cost during the last 5 years. The available Bid capacity of the prospective applicant shall not be less than 100% of the estimated amount put to tender, and the Average Annual Turnover - 40% of the estimated amount put to tender of the last three financial years. The Bank Solvency should be 40% of the estimated amount put to tender. The bidder should provide credentials, including a work order, price schedule, and payment certificate, to support their claim of prior work experience. The estimated amount, date of completion of the project, and detailed communication address of the client must be indicated in the credential certificate.
