(SOR No. 13.49.1) Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

(SOR No. 13.57.1) Finishing walls with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufactures specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.

(SOR No. 13.70.2) Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

(SOR No. 11.90.1) Providing and laying polished vitrified floor tiles Multi Double Charged (Minimum top layer thickness 2.0 mm) Nano polished self design, in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.05% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colours & shades. 1st quality premium in flooring laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. In light shade glossy/rustic/satin finished Size 600x600 mm thickness 9-10 mm

(SOR No. 12.1.1) Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 1.00mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m²

(SOR No. 21.1.2.2) Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately) : For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately). (SOR No. 10.27.1) Providing and fixing glass panes/ steel sheet/ Fibre sheet with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows all complete. With 4.0 mm thick glass panes.

(NSOR) Supplying & fixing porch light circular / rectangular ceiling mounted LED, luminaries 1x25 watt with decorative acrylic diffusers of Havells, Philips, Crompton, Bajaj or equivalent as approved by Engineer in Charge. including cost of all material, labour, and all necessary arrangements for fixing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (SOR No. 18.50.1) Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 - 15 mm nominal bore.

(SOR No. 9.18.2) Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

(SOR No. 11.45) Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of any size (6- 7mm thickness) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown laid on 20mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

(SOR No. 14.39.1) Painting with acid proof paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

(SOR No. 10.22.2) Steel work welded in built up section/ framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structure steel etc. as required. In gratings, grames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

(SOR No. 19.4.1) Providing and laying below ground unplasticised PVC pipe to with stand working pressure of 4 kg/cm2 soild waste pipes confirming to IS:13592 and IS:4985 including jointing with seal ring confirming to IS :5282 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion all necessary fittings etc. complete. 110 mm diameter

(NSOR) Wiring for the following light points with 1.5 Sqm mm PVC insulated copper conductor (Finolex, Havells, Anchor or equivalent) 650 Volts grade standard wire in concealed 25 mm dia 2 mm thick rigid PVC pipe of approved make i/c switches, lamp holder, Ceiling rose (Anchor, Havells or equivalent make), GI Box/ wooden box and all other required fittings & fixtures of approved make including providing 5 Amp grid plate (Anchor, Havells or equivalent) complete. The work include cost of all material, T&P, labour, making grooves and after the work done, to make the wall & other structural components good to the desired finish complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
