Prime Coat on WMM Surface by SS1 Cationic emulsion @ 0.85kg/sqm

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of approved grade @ 4.0% (min) for Grading-1 and 4.5% (min) for Grading-2 by weight of total mix and filler (Cement /hydrated lime /Rockdust)as per table 500-10 and mix design done as per table 500-1 1 and job mix formula as per clause 505.3.3 transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory tandem roller and with pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight with a pressure at least 0.56MPa as directed by E-I-C, and to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No.505.3.5 complete in all respects(Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 505). (ii) For Grading 2 (26.5 mm nominal maximum aggregate size ) Layer Thickness 50-75mm

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement of specified grade with characteristic flexural strength of concrete not less than 4.5 MPa over a prepared sub base as per clause 602 of MORT&H's specification 2013 and cement content as per clause 602.3.2 , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, using fine and coarse aggregates of approved variety combined gradation as per Table 600-3 of MORTH specification 2013, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 31.5 mm, mixed in a batch mix plant with weigh batching facility as per approved mix design done as per IRC:44, transported to site, laid with a slip form paver with electronic sensor , spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant as per IRC:57, debonding strip, dowel bar,tie bar, admixtures as approved, tinning, texturing,curing, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing Reference to MORT&H's specification 602 along with IRC 15).

Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 202)

Pavement Repairs (Bill No. 3) Providing treatment and repair to pot holes/ruts of any depth/patch repair of all types of bitumen pavement complete as per Technical Specification Clause 3004.2, and as per direction of Engineer by using paving grade bitumen/emulsion/cold ready mix material. The job includes removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per Clause no. 503, back filling the patch with bituminous material as per Clause no. 509. Compacting trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface all as per Clause no. 3004.2 of Technical Specifications.
