Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded materials such as natural sand/crushed gravel/crushed stone/combination depending upon the required grading , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve at least 98% of the maximum dry density for the material determined as per IS:2720 (Part 8), complete as per clause 401 of MORT&H's Specifications.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate conforming to the grading of table 40013 revised vide table 2 of IRC : 109 (2015) to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density .The thickness of a single compacted layer shall not be less than 75 mm.(Reference to MoRT&H's specification 406.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with cationic bitumen emulsion SS1 grade conforming to IS:8887 on prepared porous granular surface including clearing of road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 502). on WMM surface by Cationic emulsion @ 0.90kg/sqm

Picking up and removing old bituminous layer or sand sealing coat from old black topped surface and cleaning the exposed surface by scraping and stacking the material as directed.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Cationic bitumen emulsion (MS) complying with IS:8887 using emulsion pressure distribution the prepared bituminous/granular/cement concrete pavement surface cleaned with mechanical broom and high pressure air jet (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 503).( For Bituminous surface ) on Granular surface by cationic emulsion @ 0.275kg/sqm

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Grade-II) with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of approved grade @4.0% (min) forGrading-1 and 4.5% (min) for Grading-2 by weight of total mix and filler(Cement/hydrated lime/Rockdust) as per table 500-10 and mix design done as pertable 500-11 and job mix formula as per clause 505.3.3 transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory tandem roller and with pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to15 tonne weight with a pressure atl east 0.56MP a as directed by E-I-C, and to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No.505.3.5 complete in all respects (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 505).

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete (Grade-II) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of approved grade @5.4% (min) forGr.-2 ,as pertable 500-17, and mix designd one as per table 500-10 and job mix formula as per cl.505.3.3 and filler(Cement/hydratedlime/Rockdust), transporting the hot mix to worksite, laying with a hydrostatic paverfinis her with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory tandem roller and with pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to15 tonne weigh twitha pressure at least 0.56MP a as directed by E-I-C to a chieve the desired compaction as per clause no507.3.5 complete in all respects ref.to MORTH specification clauseNo.507.

Providing and laying Seal Coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using. Type B seal coats (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 511).

BILL NO. 2 : ROAD PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermo plastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms. / sqm. area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (Reference to MORT&H's specification 803).

Supplying & fixing of Raised Pavement Markers/RoadStuds/Cats Eye made of polycarbonate moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face which shall support a load of 13635kg tested in accordance to AS TMD4280 Type H andc ompling to Specifications of Category A of Mo&TH Circular No.RW/NH/33023/10-97-DO III Dt.11.06.1997 &MoRT&H's specification for Road&Bridge Works (FifthRev.) .Marker heights hall not be less than 10mm and shall not exceed 20mm, width shall not exceed 130mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 sqcm on each side and slope to the base shall be 35±5 degree. Fixing will be with out nails but by using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation including site clearence etc and complete as directed by the Engineerin Charge. The contractor will have to provide a test certificate from a reputable national/international laboratory comforming the above specifications.

Supplying & fixing of Hazard Markers of size :30cm X 90 cm as per IRC :79-1981 ( The above is inclusive of vertical post).

Painting two coats, after filling the surface & applying a sealing primer, with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces as per MORT7H's specification 803.6.2.(Reference to MORT&H's specification 803).

BILL NO. 3 : PERFORMANCE BASED INCIDENT MANAGEMENT & PAVEMENT REPAIR

Repairing Pot-holes with Bituminous Macadam (Grading - II, for compacted thickness of upto 75 mm) Filling Pot Holes with Bituminous Macadam using Mobile Hot Mix plant (6-10 TPH) with approved crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @3.4% by wt. of the total mix, transported to site and laid in the pot hole prepared before hand by cutting the edges to get a firm vertical face and by removing all the failed and loose materials including dust and applying tack coat evenly on the sides and on the surface as per specification, rolling the filled depression with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled roller to achieve the desired compaction, including the cost and carriage of stone aggregates and bitumen, hire charges of machinery and equipment, cost of fuel and lubricants and wages of all operational staff, quality control except the cost of tack coat complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Payment to be made on the basis of the loose net volume of the stone aggregates used in the work.

Labour for mixing stable anti-stripping agent of approved quality conforming to Table - A4-1 of Appendix–4 of Specification for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision) to the binder @ 0.5% to 1% by weight of binder (depending up on size & stripping value of the aggregates) and allowing 15 to 30 minutes of circulation or stirring in the hot bitumen tank to ensure a homogeneous mix of binder and anti-stripping agent for different bituminous works as per Technical Specifications given in Appendix – 4 of Specification for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision) and direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cost and carriage of all materials, labours, hire charges of T&P but excluding the cost but including carriage of anti-stripping agent to site of works.

Preparation and storage of Pre-coating Chips and Repairing pot holes by pre-coated Chips Pre-coating stone aggregates with cutback bitumen MC-800 and anti-stripping agent in concrete mixer including preheating the stone aggregate at a suitable temperature including the cost of carriage of the stone aggregate at the mixing yard and carriage of the pre-coated materials for dumping at a suitable place as directed including cost and carriage of bitumen and hire charges of machineries and all incidental charges complete as per IRC: 116-2014 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Repairing pot holes with pre-coated stone materials including cutting, loading pre-coated stone materials at departmental stack-yard or any other approved pre-defined location, including carriage of pre-coated stone materials from source to different kilometers of road by truck and laying directly from truck and compacting with plate compactor / power roller including cutting the pot hole to regular shape clearing the potholes of loose materials, drying the bed of potholes, where necessary, by soaking with gunny bags and using lime, where necessary, before laying of pre-coated materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (i) Within a distance up to 10 kms
