(iii) Design / Drawing / BOM of the Transformer showing the dimensions incl accessories is to be obtained from panel board manufacturer / supplier & is to be got approved from GE before placing final order to the manufacturer/Supplier. (iv) Any other items / accessories inadvertently missed out but technically required for proper functioning of the breaker is deemed to be included in the quoted rates for the item. (v) The Contractor shall arrange for factory visit by rep detailed by Accepting Officer for Inspection/Testing of the transformer. The cost/charge of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

M&L for construction of brick masonary valve pit of internal dimensions 900mm x 900 mm x 900 mm complete and fabrication of 3.0 mm thick MS Sheet cover and angle iron frame made out of 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm MS angle iron and one side provided with hinge with locking arrangement & duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary earth work and PCC work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning outdoor type LT Panel/feeder pillar box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 500 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos copper bus bar for distribution system and type tested at CPRI, fabricated . The feeder pillar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.15mm thick gland plate duly compartmentalized for each control gear and bus-bar 200A rated, front door (02 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel base frame at bottom. Outsourcing of one skilled operator and one helper of services for STP Pump House complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) STP PH BOGRA (Two) Shift NOTE :- (i) Pump house shall be operated in shift wise to 8 hours of each as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Installation surrounding area and installation sanitation system shall be cleaned and hygienic. (iii) Log Sheets and all requisite documents for shift operation as directed. Testing of Water parameter twice in a month shall be carried out from Govt. recognized lab. (iv) For running installations adequate number of qualified and experienced tradesmen and / or helper shall have to be provided by the contractor. Functioning of entire plant with its all allied mechanism operation and maintenance etc. shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted and plant should be functional in all respect. If any fault occur that should be rectified by the contractor immediately for smooth functioning of plant for which contractor should be responsible. If plant found non-operational , necessary recovery shall be made from the contractor. Chemical required for operation of plant shall be supplied by the department as free for mixing. Accountability of all materials shall be maintained by the contactor. Accountability of processed sewage shall be maintained by the contactor.
