Supply and fixing 75mm wide Retro reflective tape-IV, high intensity prismatic of required colour Red/Yellow/White, complete all as spcified and as directed (Make : Dark Eye/3M)

M&L for laying 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) (lime stone, sand stone, flint or Quartzite), spread, rolled with power roller 8 to12 tonnes & consolidated to gradient/camber required etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for repairs to pot holes, any depth, not exc 1.0 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat of cationic bitumen emulsion (RS -I) @ 3.5 Kg per 10 sqm , putting in premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 25 mm consolidated thickness with 5% of binder content of paving bitumen VG - 30 grade by weight of total mix (premixed material prepared in hot mixed plant), pre- mixed material laid with self propelled mechanical paver, finished inlcuding rolling and compacting the surfaces to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and tandom vibrating roller etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (a) Rate quoted shall also be deemed to include for making good of any undulation/damages in wearing surfaces, where semi dense asphaltic concrete to be laid. (b) Semi dense ashphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as specified and binder content shall be provided as per design mix, contractor shall quote his rates considering the bitumen contents as 5%. Any variation in binder content shall be adjusted at the rate of Rs 41.00 per Kilogram of binder.

All as per item 7 above but for 30mm consolided thickness of semidense asphaltic concrete.

M&L for preparation of unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming /tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion (RS-1) @ 3.50Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, duly rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and vibrating roller etc, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing Bituminous Macadum. (ii) In case of variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted @ Rs.41 per Kg.

All as per item 2 above but for except materials (i.e. using the useable materials after & including screening, clearing etc retrieved from item No 1 here-in-before).

Supply & Fix of solar powered environment frinendly, LED based road stud made of aluminium alloy shell, 100% waterproof design according to IP 65 of dimension 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (Shank 60mm), high efficiency monocrystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt, one Ni Mh or NL-cd rechargeable battery (1.2/1600MA), six super bright LEDs with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd9 millicandela, View distance : up- to 1000 meters, flash rate : 2Hz, bearable weight : 10 tons approx, working time for 3 to 4 days, provided at site as per manufacturer's instructions (Make : Dhruv Model of Dark eye or equivalent of make 3M as approved by the GE), including taking down of old one, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming /tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion (RS-1) @ 2.50Kg/10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil at the berms etc including clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs etc , setting out & disposal of the debris etc outside the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking of existing WBM/gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces of area n. exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm including removing of debries etc from site to a distance n.exc 50 metres, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for thermoplastic road marking paint, white or golden yellow, conforming to BS-3262 applied on road/pavement as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc, exc 10 cm in width & of thickness not less than 2mm, with and including combination of retro-reflective glass beads 250-300 gm/ Sqm all as per manufacturer's instructions, using thermoplastic application unit etc, complete all as specified & directed.
