M&L for street light bracket, made out of GI pipe 32 mm bore medium grade made to shape length not less than 1.6 m including necessary clamp, nuts & bolts and two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of Red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of GI tube 40 mm bore tubes light grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC(1:4:8) type D-2(using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100Volt grade on walls with fixing accessories of size 10 Sqmm 4 Core cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen Vg-30 @ 4% (minimum) by the weight of total mix of any penetration compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tone power roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : (i) No extra allowances shall be admissible to the contractor if the bitumen content is required more than 4% by the weight of total mix as per approved design. The contractor shall quote the rate accordingly.

M&L for preparing un-surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a prime coat of cationic bitumen emulsion (SS-1) conforming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.70 - 1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in table 500-3 of Morth specification for road and bridge work 2013 using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Laying of Sub-Class B Bricks, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note. The painting shall be carried out through mechanical appliances by the company's approved applicator)

M&L for 100 mm thick (spread thickness) soling with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber with 8-12 tonne power roller, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 8 Tonne and n exc 12 tonne, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of cable junction box of size 155x210x92 mm with terminals for street light pole with GI Clamps to fix on Steel tubular pole black coloured for out door installation with cable entry of 10-16 sq mm with suitable size of terminals, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting GI pipe, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (1)GI pipe Shall be measured and paid respective (2)The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in in copping, bed plates etc of main holes, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges include necessary formwork (straight or curved), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness (minimum) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen Gde-VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted, mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and pre-mixed material laid with mechanical paver, finished including rolling to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required compaction complete all as specified in the relevant clauses of SSR Part-I (2009) and, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note : (a) Rate deemed to be included for making good of any undulation/damages in wearing surfaces, where semi sense asphaltic concrete to be laid. (b) Semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as specified and binder content shall be provided as per design mix, contractor shall quoted his rates considering the bitumen contents as 5.5%. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted at the rate of Rs 50.00 per kilogram of binder but variation in binder plus side shall not be paid extra contractor shall quote accordingly.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for erection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug bolts, nuts & screw as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.0 meter long including painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including 3 Nos bend/strips with yellow colour (300 mm wide each) synthetic paint at a distance from plinth block and making pole No with black synthetic enamelled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Excavating & PCC work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Material and labour for 1.5 sqmm 3 core copper cable for street light connection from junction box to light fitting, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with coat road marking paint, white or golden yellow adequate No of coats, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2(using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
