Tripping test of VCB on earth fault, over current and over voltage to be carried out by contracot before completion of work to the entire satisfaction of MES and user Rep. Same testing arrangement to be done at the time of precommisioning test of SEI. Cost of the same is deemed to be included in unit rate of item. All required calabration to be done by contractor. (iii) Contractor shall submit general arrangement of VCB panel and get approval of drawing and make of VCB before placing the order for procurement. (iv) VCB Panel shall be dispatch at work site only after carrying out factory test at OEM permises in presence of MES Rep as per relevant IS and tests mentioned in PS ."

M&L for cutting the existing GI/CI pipe line of size 150/100 mm dia bore and making provision for connecting / insertion of GI pipe of 80/25 mm bore for out let / branch line including all acessories like tee etc including necessary excavation and earth work, returing refilling , removal etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning battery bank with charger for 30 V DC system having 100 AH battery bank and 20 A charging system complete all as specified and directed. Note for Serial Item Nos. 15.00 to 35.00:- All the items shall be as per relevant IS with latesh amendments unless otherwise specified.

Supply, fixing, grouting and painting cable route indicator made up of Factory made Precast RCC slab of size 100 cm x 40 cm x 80 mm thick duly embossed with "MES HT Cable" / "MES LT Cable",Size of Cable and grouting on the route of HT/LT cable complete. Note :- (i) Unit rate of item includes excavation, PCC foundation for erection of route indicator. (ii) Slab of route indicate to be provided with min 4 Nos x 8 mm diameters TMT bars along length of slab with 7 Nos cross bar 6 mm dia in reinforcement with shuttering. Supply jointing & testing complete Jointing kit for 33 KV grade for indoor terminatation cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and acessories suitable for XLPE armoured cable of size 95 Sqmm x 3 Core cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply,Installation , testing and commissioning of 33/0.433 KV Distribution station transformer of capacity 63 KVA , 3 Phase, 50 Hz, Conf to IS 1180: 2014, Level- 2 , outdoor type, plinth mounted, step down transformer, Onan cooled, oil immersed, copper wound, with vector group DYN 11 , complete with first filling of IS 335 , ISI marked filtered & dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings / accessories / mountings conforming to relevant IS and 7 position tap changer (Tapping range +5% to -10% in step of 2.5% each complete all as directed . Note for Transformer under serial item 15.00 & 16.00 above: (i) Power transformer and distribution transformer to be placed on PCC plateform and its Bi directional roller to be locked properly (ii) The contractor shall furnish original bill certificate (purchase voucher) test certificate, and warranty certificate of the transformer from manufacturer. (iii) The contractor shall submit the general arrangement darwing of transformers and get the approval of GE for Make and darwing of transformers before placing the order. (ivi) Prior to manufacturing the general arrangement drawing, design and details of transformer shall submitted to GE for approval. (v) Both Transformers shall be dispatched only after inspection at manufacture premises to be done by OEM Auth & MES Auth at manufacture premises Routine test as per IS relevant IS to be carried out at Factory in presence of MES rep. (vi) Connection of Transformer WTI to VCB through multi core copper conductor control cable of suitable size (irrespective of length) is deemed to be included in the item. (viii) Contactor shall submit the operating manual and maintenance schedule of transformers from OEM in two sets.

M & L Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.18 mm thick, buried directly in ground in earth pit diggiged in any type of soil (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to coper strip 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note : (i) GI strip of 32 x 6 mm upto 7.5m including, protection pipe and testing is deemed included in the item. (ii) Display plate made of MS sheet of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 3 mm welded to MS square bar to be fixed by contractor on each earthing without any extra cost. (iii) Contractor has to fill up the remaining poertion of earth pit after placing electrode and salt & charcoal with low resistivity agriculture soil to be bring from out side defence land without any extra cost.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of emergency battery backup system (Invertor) of capacity 3.5 KVA inclusive of Tubular battery 180 AH, 24 volt system , 4 Nos necessary wiring with PVC heavy duty 25mm dia conduit saddle on wall/roof from invertor to main distribution box for output supply of 220 volt all as directed and specified.

M& L for preforted type cable tray made of 1.5 mm GI sheet 30 cm wide suitable for holding control cable complete all as specified and directed .

S&F ISI marked Insulating mat as per IS 15652 (2006) made of dielectric ' elastomer' ISI marked with test certificate of 1 m X 10 m X 2.5 mm, class B, working voltage 11 KV, Di-electric Strength 45KV , one side plain and other side anti skid heat proof, Acid , alkali and transformer oil proof marked with IS number, class batch number and brand name at every meter of mat, blue colour complete all as specified.

Materials and labour for hot dip galvanised steel structure work for making structure to mount electrical equipment fabricated from galvanised structural steel such as channel angle iron flat iron etc plate and bolts nuts and washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in proper shape of size including fixing on RCC pillar/plate form with foundation bolts nuts check nuts washers all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

COMPOUND WALL, FENCING & GATE S&F punched tape concertina coil 610 mm dia using high tensile spring steel wire of 2.60mm dia as per IS-4454 and steel tape in 19 mm width as per IS- 513 and including 18 micron zinc coating.
