Opening top cover by unscrewing the bolts of 10,000 GPH softening plant, unloading the cation resin from upper portion of softening plant, keeping the resin bed at stable condition at triangular park complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Chemical analysis Lab test : (1. Hardness 2. Iron 3. PH 4. Silica ) of Softener Plant treated water from virious area from Govt. approved laboratory including collection of water , sterillized bottle for testing and submission of the test report (ii) testing is to be carried out on each plant and once in every qtr is inclusive of coated rate)

S&F heavy duty PVC pipe of suitable size to with stand 5KG/Cm 2 pressure suitable for decrine dozing pump to rising mains including taking out existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of pump from existing position dismantling and repairing of pressure pump of any type up to 0.5 hp capacity rewinding the same with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing gauge and turn to achieve required RPM, replacement of ball bearing, bush, impeller, connection wire, cooling fan of motor, oiling etc including testing complte all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ring seal valve for Decrine dosing Pump including taking down unserviceable onecomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for overhauling of RO plant of capacity 400/600/1000/2000 LPH opening the pump set from RO, dismantling the parts for inspection, replacement of all u/s parts i.e bushes bearing impellers, rewinding of 2/3 HP, 3 phase motor winding and replacement of viltroli coupling shaft seal complete to build up the pressure for smooth functioning of RO plant complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Chemical analysis Lab test : (1. TDS 2. PH 3. Micro biology (ecoly / coliform count) 4. Silica 5. Iron) of RO Plant treated water of various area from Govt. approved laboratory including collection of water in sterillized bottle for testing and submission of the test report (ii) Testing is to be carried out on each plant and once in every qtr

S&F in repair micron catridge capacity 20" slim complete all as specified and direted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only common salt for controlling of hardness of water of approved quality at water treatment plant complete all as directed. Note : Transportation charges of qty as required to water treatment plant located at Hasting area will be included in the item rate.

M&L for repairing of TDS meter of RO plant capcity 1000/2000 LPH display flow rate incl TDS, pH etc from oem complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Opening top of 10,000 GPH capacity iron removal plant pressure filter, vertical type, unloading the filter media from the pressure filter e.g sand gravels (different sizes), taking out carefully strainer (Push/Thread) from inside bed plate, cleaning the inside bed plate & strainer fixing holes on the bed plate, disposal of sand within 100 metre radius from the existing filter plant, segregate the different sizes of old gravels washing the serviceable gravels by 3% strength HCL, clean the gravels by clear water to remove iron scales on the old gravels cleaning the PVC old serviceable strainer by concentrated hydrochloric acid complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Sand and gravels if required to be replaced shall be measured and paid as supply only under relevant items here-in-after. (ii) Chemical analysis Lab test : (1. Turbidity 2. Iron 3. PH 4. Silica ) of IR Plant treated water of various area from Govt. approved laboratory including collection of water in sterillized bottle for testing and submission of the test report (iii) Testing is to be carried out on each plant once in every qtr)

M&L for quarterly cleaning of RO water storage tank of cap 5000 ltrs with bleaching powder by blocking the inlet/outlet flow from manholes, lifting the excess semi-solid water out of the sump, removing the entire deposited sludge, mud, silt etc scrapping the internal wall/floor with wire brush (to remove deposited scales, mud etc from the walls/floors by using suitable T&P manually from the bottom of the tank) and removing the same at a distance n exc 50m from the site where directed,opening the blocked holes etc before normalising flow complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in-charge. Note (i) contractor has to pump out the storage water at his own arrangement before cleaning the the tank) (ii) All cleaning should be done on quarterly basis from srl no. 1 to 4.

Supply only sodium bicarbonate food grade ( Anti chlorine) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Tata/Enmark

M&L for replacement of polypropelene strainers rings type of iron removal water treatment plant duly after taking out existing wornout one complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the PVC body multigrade filter unit, (NFMG 20) of RO frontal pipe line and valves, un loading the media and cleaning media i.e pebbles, gravels using chemical as approved by manufacturer, replacement of filter media with new one, servicing of multi port valve, Refilling the media as per original complete including topping up and re-installation of unit and testing complte all as specified and as directed. Make : ION Exchange or equivalent as approved in Multitex Engg Note : (i) Fixing and unloading charges shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Spare parts will be measured and paid separately as supply only.
