M&L for 300 mm thick (compacted) in three layers of each 100mm thick in pavings, with mix of fly ash, clinker & stone dust in the proportion of 1:3:6 (ie 10% fly ash, 30% clinker and 60% stone dust) laying in layers n. exc 10cm thick, watering, ramming and compacted with hand/power roller 8 to 12 tonn roller to required camber and gradient complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 200 mm thick (compacted) in two layers of each 100mm thick in pavings, with mix of fly ash, clinker & stone dust in the proportion of 1:3:6 (ie 10% fly ash, 30% clinker and 60% stone dust) laying in layers n. exc 10cm thick, watering, ramming and compacted with hand/power roller 8 to 12 tonn roller to required camber and gradient complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete M-7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix using 20mm graded aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix using 20mm graded aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix using 20mm graded aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild Steel TMT bars 10mm and over, cut to lenghth, bent to shape requird, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clip all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 12.00 here-in-before but with 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders etc complete as directed.

M&L for Steel Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finihed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form forsides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams for fair finished surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete, all as specified and as directed.

All as per BOQ Item No 17.00 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm grades aggregate) 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mould- ings set in CM 1:4 but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm grades aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc including frames (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in CM (1:4) in two layers (10mm thick each layer) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) with using WPC as per manufacturing instraction on 2nd layer complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new surfaces of plastered walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified . .

Returning, filling in and including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n.exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated materials to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point in oft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L for 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors incl necessary packing around the pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase of floor complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles dark shade having thickness not less than 10mm suitable for outdoor usage (Square or rectangular) polished, area of each tile exc 0.42 Sqm but n.exc 1.00 Sqm in floors etc jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 i and pointed in white or colour cemnt to match the coloured tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed and approved by GE

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of brick, stone, concrete and asbestos cement or plaster surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stop rounded or chamferef on edges complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for laying of galvanised steel (Gl) tubing 50 mm bore, medium grade, ISI marked, conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 with screwed socket joints, includings with all tube fillings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc. conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 as required at site and also for cutting, screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required inserting connectors, where required or directed. laid in trenches incl connecting with existing lines all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:(i) Union of long screwed have to be provided at starting / end point for jointing of pipe line . (ii) Contractor has to submit the test certificate and purchase voucher of pipes before claiming payment.

All as per item No 31.00 here-in-before but of size 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of GM globe/gate valve suitable for 50 mm bore pipe with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron/PPR pipes, ISI marked, conf to IS including taking down old complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Union of long screwed have to be provided before fixing of gate valve.

All as per item No 33.00 here-in-before but suitable for 25 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1200x1200x900 mm complete with 3.15 mm thick MS sheet cover angle iron frame duly painted with locking arragement including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC work complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene ISI marked (vertical cylindrical with close top) as per IS 12701: 1996 of 1000 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position with and including Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for 25mm bore dia iron pipe, provision of 20 mm /25 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes including dismantling the existing one and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,Installation , testing and commissioning of 33/0.433 KV Distribution station transformer of capacity 100 KVA , 3 Phase, 50 Hz, Conf to IS 1180: 2014, Level- 3, outdoor type, plinth mounted, step down transformer, Onan cooled, oil immersed, copper wound, with vector group DYN 11 , complete with first filling of IS 335 , ISI marked filtered & dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings / accessories / mountings conforming to relevant IS and 7 position tap changer (Tapping range +5% to -10% in step of 2.5% each complete all as directed . Note for Transformer (i) Transformer to be placed on PCC plateform and its Bi directional roller to be locked properly (ii) The contractor shall furnish original bill certificate (purchase voucher) test certificate, and warranty certificate of the transformer from manufacturer. (iii) The contractor shall submit the general arrangement darwing of transformers and get the approval of GE for Make and darwing of transformers before placing the order. (ivi) Prior to manufacturing the general arrangement drawing, design and details of transformer shall submitted to GE for approval. (v) Transformers shall be dispatched only after inspection at manufacture premises to be done by OEM Auth & MES Auth at manufacture premises Routine test as per IS relevant IS to be carried out at Factory in presence of MES rep. (vi) Connection of Transformer WTI to VCB through multi core copper conductor control cable of suitable size (irrespective of length) is deemed to be included in the item. (viii) Contactor shall submit the operating manual and maintenance schedule of transformers from OEM in two sets.

Construction of foundation plinth of size 2.0mx 2.0mx1.2m for transformer, using 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in lean concrete full brick thick flyash brick masonry wall in CM 1:6, the top of the plinth shall be of 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) over 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 over compacted moorum filling, 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on brick surface with and including plinth protection750 mm wide, 75 mm thick cement concrete M10 (Nominal Mix) with 40mm graded crushed aggregate finished even and fair over 75mm hard core laid to a slope of 1 in 12. The toe of plinth protection of size 75 mm deep and 75 mm wide shall also be of PCC M10. complete all as specified, as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Material and labour for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm mm buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25m below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32x6 mm as earth lead by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, upto 7.5m length, earth strip protected by and including 40 mm dia GI pipe (light grade) and connected to main test point or body of pole/pannel or lightening arrester of main controlling switch as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 , Precast RCC (1:2:4) Type B1 cover slab of size 54x54x5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia TMT bar embedded in precast cover slab, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore GI Pipe (Medium Grade) for watering, Charcoal and salt in alternate layers of 15 cm (Compacted Thickness) around the earth electrode including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I. NOTE : 1. The unit rare includes for protectionh GI pipe of 40mm and watering pipe of 20mm bore including excavation for earth pit in any type of soil/disintegrate rock. 2. Contractor has to bring agriculture soil from outside of defence land and fill in earth pit to acheive desired result as the soil resisitivity is very high. 3. The cost of GI strip of 32x6mm including protection pipe, from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above/below ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate. 4. All the joints in GI strip and connectgion with earth plate to be welded through brazing and in addition by providing double brass nut bolt and washer. 5.Costing of welding and nut bolts are deemed to be included in the unit rate

Supply,designing ,install, testing & commission 3 phase and neutral, 415 volts outdoor type, CPRI type tested having certification of IEC-61439 , factory made , dust and vermin proof, cubical type LT panel of size 1.20m x 0.40m x 1.20m, with canopy fabricated from 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and 2 mm thick for non load bearing with angle iron frame of 50 x 50 x 6 mm, double door, front and back openable type, double door system, hinged opening, rubber lining, locking arrangement, with anticorrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester power coating with pure polyster Siemens grey structural RAL-7032 shade, protection class IP-66 fully compartmentalize design with 4 Nos of bus bar made of aluminium, 300 Amps rated (electrical grade aluminium complying with the requirements of latest BIS, colour coded), busbar extensions for cable connections of electrolytic grade . The busbars and Interconnecting links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with RYB & black colour coding.
