Most importantly, the cured micro concrete shall contain in no metallic aggregates, or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state. The unrestrained expansion shall be between 1-3%. The flexural strength shall not be less than 10 N/mm2 at 28 days. The micro-concrete shall have a coefficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete. The shuttering shall be done after a minimum period of 36 hours or so depending on the ambient temperature. In case of low temperature, the shuttering shall be kept in place for 48-72 Hours complete all as specified and directed. Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces using Airless paint primer sprayer using smart technique, on newly plastered surface of wall, cornices complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm using Airless paint primer sprayer using smart technique on old surfaces of wall including complete removal of existing old treatment including, preparation of surfaces of wall, cornices by wire brushing, rubbing down complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position complete all as directed.
