Deep Cleaning of each floor including back up house areas of Concourse & Platform level, entry exit areas, subways (Jessore Roadside & Airport side), track area, undercroft areas of NSCBI Airport Metro Station, Yard and adjoining area over ground. The work includes: i) Thorough cleaning of underground Metro station area (each floors, platforms, under croft, ground floor, entry exit areas, subways (Jessore Road side & Airport side) , track area ,seepage & sewage sumps , entry exit surrounding area, rooms, false flooring/ceiling area, back up house areas, toilets, stairs, glass panes of rooms, railings, escalators, lifts etc.) with all consumables, chemicals, materials, machineries, labours etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge of Metro Railway, Kolkata. ii)After thorough cleaning, wet cleaning, mechanized cleaning of under ground Metro station area (each floors, platforms, under croft, ground floor entry exit surrounding areas 1 including subways, rooms, false floor/ceiling area, back up house areas, toilets, stairs, glass panes of rooms, railings, escalators, lifts etc.) with all consumables, chemicals, materials, machineries, labour, etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge of Metro Railway, Kolkata. iii)Removal and disposal of all debris rubbish with filling up of accumulated debris in gunny bags and taking them up at the Ground level and keeping the filled up debris gunny bags at ground level as per instruction of Metro Railway, Kolkata and disposal of all debris rubbish to the suitable location including loading/ unloading/ leading/lifting/ transporting etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge of Metro Railway, Kolkata. The rate is inclusive of all labour, material, taxes, GST, lead, lift etc. NOTE: i) For payment, area considered is plan area including all structures i.e. staircase, columns, walls, ceiling, glass panes, louvers etc. and for all levels i.e. top & bottom and surrounding sides. For clarity, it is to be understood that at one level, cleaning area say 100 sqm is considered, all structure like staircase, column, ceiling, lift escalator, tiles, wall cladding, doors, railing, glass, drains etc. in the area is deemed to be included.

Supply of labours for Removal of all types of rubbish and litters etc from the Railway track, surrounding areas above ground from Ch: 5.030 Km to Ch: 7.026 Km or at any location as decided by Engineer-in-charge . Note: a) The materials so collected shall have to be suitably disposed 3 at Agency's own cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. b) Adequate and efficient man power should be deployed daily to clean the designated area. However, if the Engineer-in-charge is not satisfied that adequate or efficient manpower is deployed the penalty of amount upto Rs.2500/- per day shall be levied on the agency. Decision of Engineer-in-charge shall be final in this regard. c) The rate also includes the contribution towards EPF & ESI. In case of non-production of document related to EPF & ESI, contribution towards EPF @ 13% and ESI @ 3.25% of accepted rate will be deducted respectively from the bill. 1 Man-Day= 8 hours

Hiring of JCB Machine (in good working condition) for leveling and dressing 4 ground/dismantling structures including disposal of debris through dumpers etc. with contractor's labour, JCB machine, machine operator, fuel etc. The contractor shall arrange road permit for vehicle for all the States of operation, as per instructions of engineer in-charge and vehicle shall not be more than three years old. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site.
