Washing and drying the exposed concrete surfaces, providing and applying 2 coats of rust remover "Rusticide"/"Rustoff 100"/"Reebaklen RR" or equivalent material manufactured by SIKA/FOSROC/BASF/ 2 NORMAT/SUNANDA to the exposed reinforcement bar, scrapping reinforcing bars again and applying polymer/epoxy coating of "Polyalk Fixoprime" or equivalent material manufactured by SIKA/FOSROC /BASF/ Normat/SUNANDA as per manufacturer's specification, tying/welding /fixing of missing/ misplaced/corroded reinforcement at required position by U clips, binding wires etc. Rate includes cost of all materials, labour, tools and tackles, taxes etc. complete. (Note: Cost of reinforcement shall be paid seperately against relevant Item of ERUSSOR-2011.) (Measurement shall be given for exposed area of concrete only).

Jacketing of RCC elements such as columns, beams etc. with shrinkage compensated cementitious micro concrete such as "Polycrete"/"RENDEROC RG SPL" or equivalent material manufactured by SIKA/FOSROC/BASF/ NORMAT/SUNANDA etc. to be poured in the shuttering as per manufacturer's specifications including mixing, waterproof shuttering, pouring, consolidating, scaffolding etc. The micro concrete 3 in the flowable consistency should achieve a compressive strength of not less than 30N/mm2 after 24 hours, 60N/mm2 after 7 days and 75 N/mm2 after 28 days at 300C. Most importantly, the cured micro-concrete shall contain no metallic aggregates, or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state. The unrestrained expansion shall be between 1 - 4%. The flexural strength shall not be less than 8 N/mm2 @ 28 days. Rate includes cost of all materials, labour, tools and tackles, taxes etc. complete. (The item shall be paid on actual consumption of micro concrete only).

Repairing of damaged RCC members like columns, slabs, RCC wall, beams by polymer modified mortar by providing and acrylic bonding agent "Nitobond AR" or equivalent followed by applying Dual Shrinkage compensated, fibre reinforced, single component, polymer modified, cementitious, repair mortar system supplied as a ready to use blend of dry powders, which requires only the addition of clean water to produce a highly 4 consistent, repair mortar "RENDEROC HSXTRA" or equivalent material manufactured by SIKA/FOSROC /BASF/NORMAT/SUNANDA etc. The mortar should achieve Compressive strength : >50 Mpa at 7day and (BS 6319 Part II) : >70 Mpa at 28 days Flexural strength : >9 N/mm2 at 28 days (BS 6319 Pt.3), Tensile strength : >4 N/mm2 at 28 days (BS 6319 Pt.7) at a water cement ratio of 0.16. Drying shrinkage (ASTM C 157-93) For 7 days : < 300 microstrain and for 28 days : < 500 microstrain. Permeability (DIN 1048 Part 5) : < 5 mm.Rapid chloride permeability (AASHTO 277-93) : < 1800 coulombs. Rate includes cost of all contractor's materials, labour, tools and tackles, taxes etc. complete.An average thickness of 30mm is considered for rate calculation.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of approved quality colour shade of 100mm wide new track luxury 5 vertical blinds including channel and other fixtures for hanging arrangement and also to be provided for the facility open & close to move the blinds at right angles as and when required of approved quality with all contractor's labour, materials, lead, lift, descent, tools & plants , accessories and transportation etc. complete (Approx. size of blind 0.96X2.45 M)

Repairing of existing 100mm wide new track luxury vertical blinds with or without scenery, drapery 6 rod and planetary gear etc. as required and re-fixing the same in proper position to facilitate open, close and move the blind at right angles as and when required including stitching etc. complete in all respects with all contractor's labour, materials, lead, lift, scaffolding etc.

Proving and fixing self driving screw with rubber washer at any height of 30 m from E.G.L at station roof sheeting, with all necessary precautions should be taken up by the Contractor such as safety belt, 7 helmet etc. for the worker and necessary tools and plants such as pulley, nylon rope , screw driving equipments or any other tools if required should be arranged by the Agency for this work. Also, the rate includes all Contractors labour & materials. Item also includes removal old screw if necessary before fixing new ones and it should leak proof.

Making scaffolding up to 30 M height of building, by bamboos with coir string for repairing works, 8 spacing of bamboos should be @ 1.5 m , horizontal & vertical, outside building and removing the scaffolding after completion of work. Necessary precautions should be taken by the Contractor such as safety belt, helmet etc. for the workers and necessary tools and plants such as pulley, nylon rope etc. or any other tools if required should be arranged by the Agency for erection and removal of scaffolding.
