Providing & applying epoxy with pot life not less than 60-90 minutes for bonding of new concrete with old concrete @ 0.80 kg/sqm and as per specifications including cleaning the surfaces complete as per approved procedure.

Removing all loose concrete, cleaning rust with dusting compound & water jet, drying, replacing worn out reinforcements by welding new reinforcement for making up lost steel section, applying approved anticorrosive polymer coating over the damaged area to proper profile, providing 2 polymer mortar (up to 20mm thickness) or polymer concrete (more than 20mm thickness) consisting of cement, sand, 6mm down chips where required and polymer as per manufacturers' specification. The rate includes curing for 14 days, all materials, consumables, labours, tools and plants, scaffolding/ staging with all lead and lift. Note: Cost of reinforcement, if used, to be paid separately.// 20mm - 50mm thick polymer concrete

Supply of steel reinforcement of approved brands/makes for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. // Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more of approved brands/makes.

Supply and using Cement at Worksite // Ordinary Portland Cement 53 grade of approved brands/makes

Repairing of damaged/distressed concrete bed by free flow concrete on bearing plate locations which includes the following operations: (a) Removal of M1A fittings Dismantling of damaged concrete bed by vibration free concrete breaker/manual chipping upto top of reinforcement of BLT or minimum 190mm depth whichever is more as directed (without cutting of reinforcement) for an area 650 mm X 300 mm x 200 mm. (a)Special cementicious free flow self-compacting grouting material of Sika/BASF/STP/Groutech or similar make with nominal strength of M60 or more and strength for 24 Hrs. 25N/sq mm mixing with 16% of water with 20% stone chips (10 mm nominal 1 size) and polythene fiber (GUJCON or similar (make) 100 gram with 50 Kg special cementicious grouting material. (b)The broken concrete pocket (650mm x 300 mm x (200mm) by adding reinforcement to be binding with existing residual reinforcement bars then Double Resilient Base Plate Track Fastening System confirming to "Performance criteria of fastening system for Ballastless track on Metro Railways system" fittings with correct track parameter as directed by Engineer in charge by maintaining clear gap with bottom of bearing plate & BLT bed. (c)Now free flow (self- compacting) concrete to be mixed as per the specification to be poured under the bearing plate up to marked top level of wooden frame to maintain correct long & cross level. Care should be taken that no load on newly made BLT bed will come during movement of traffic.
