Non-Executive Residential Building Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing, Commissioning and Handing over of minimum 3 star GRIHA or equivalent rated Residential Buildings (S+13) in RCC Framed Earthquake Resistant Structure including vetting from IIT/NIT, including Overhead Tank and Underground Sump, pump with pump house as per the capacity required , Covered Structural shed for parking, Community Center Building (G+1), external elevation work as per building 3D views enclosed with the tender, area lighting, external & internal electrical works, Civil External service connection, external & internal plumbing works, internal water supply and sanitary installations, CCTV, Lifts as per PJS, Fire Protection System, landscaping, boundary wall with gates, external development, site Leveling, internal Road & Pathways, Sewer, Water Supply, Storm Water Drains, Horticulture, Street Lighting, Extension of Electric/Telecom/Water Lines from source of Local bodies / existing facilities to desired place, Rising Mains/Bus Duct, DG set, UPS, HVAC, HT & LT Sub station, Fire detection & alarm system, STP, Rainwater Harvesting, Water proofing treatment, Antitermite treatment, Solar Photo Voltaic Power Generation System, Emergency light & illuminated signages, etc. so as to make the building completely functional including obtaining all statutory approvals, GRIHA Approvals as applicable during construction & Post construction as applicable. All the above work shall be executed as per tender scope of work and user requirements for specified Plinth area (Floor to Floor Height 3.15 meter), detailed Design Basis Reports (DBR’s), Technical Specifications, Tender Drawings and conditions elaborated in this tender document and CPWD Standards on EPC mode (Turnkey Basis).
