Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars in ground floor including roof.

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 100 m stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per technical specification Cl 202 for Rural Roads of MORD (a)Bituminous Courses/ grnular course (i) by mechanical means

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work). (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Preparation and consolidation of sub-grade with power road roller of 8 – 12 tonne capacity after cutting exiting road upto required depth, dressing to camber and consolidation with road roller including making good the undulation etc and rerolling the sub-grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 meters.

Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing graded materials , mixing in wet mix plant at OMC , carriage of mixed materials to work site spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface in proper grade and camber , compacting with vibratory power roller to cahieve the desired density including lighting , guarding , barricading including cost of all materials , machinery , tools and plants and cost of quality control complete as per Clause 401 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of MORTH ( 5 th revision ) : Grading I

Hire and labour charges for the shuttering with centering and necessary staging up to 4Mtr using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fittings, fixing and striking out after completion of the works (up to roof of ground floor) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation.

Provide Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m Tor steel/Mild steel. SAIL / TATA / RINL

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Controlled cement concrete with well graded stone chips (20 mm graded nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement with complete desine of concrete as per IS :456 & relevant special publications ,submisssion of job mixed formula after preliminary mix design after testing of conrete cubes as per directiobn of Engg.in charge. consumption of cement will not be less than 300 kg of cement with super plastisizr per cum of controlled concrete but actual consumption will be determind on the basis of preliminary test & job mix formula.in ground floor and foundation. (using concrete mixer ) a) M:20 Grade with pakur veriety.

Providing Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in gound floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur Variety

Providing , laying , spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including screening of aggregates from granular materials premixing the materials with water at OMC in wet mix plant , carriage of mix materials by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including supply of all materials , machinery , fuel and lubricants including incidental cost for lighting , guarding , barricading , making earthen bundh to protect the edges including cost of quality control complete as per clause 406 of specification for Road and Bridge works of MORTH (5th Revision )

Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS:8887 – 1978 are requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental cost of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MORTH (5th Revision).For WMM surface (With primer @ 0.70-1.0Kg/Sqm).

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler and bituminous binder as per design Job Mix Formula conforming Marshall Method as per specification, including screening, cleaning of chips and preparing a uniform and quality mix in Hot Mix Plant and ensuring a homogeneous mix, in which all particles of the mineral aggregate are coated uniformly, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying the mixed materials at specified laying temperature with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over prepared surface coated with tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers for break down, inter – mediate and finished rolling to achieve the desired density of at least98% of that Laboratory Marshall Specimen, hand packing and pinning to give an even surface including cost and carriage of bitumen, coarse and fine aggregates and filler materials and hire charges of machinery and equipment for construction and quality control, fuels and lubricants and wages of operational staff complete as per Clause 505 of Specifications of Road & Bridge Work of MORTH (5th Revision). For Grading 1L37.5 mm nominal size, 100 mm thick) Using Batch Type HMP of minimum capacity 100 – 120 TPH.

Providing & applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS:8877 – 1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MORTH (5th Revision). On Bituminous and RCC surface: (using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 Kg per Sqm.)

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal /Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) (a) In foundation and plinth

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Providing and laying hume pipe of 450 mm dia. With collor joint including loading ,unloading and jointing materials complete.
