Finishing the same with trowel carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring, it in line with existing concrete surface on the beams, slabs, piles etc. where the thickness of application is average 30 mm in patches as per specification after applying bonding coat ( bonding coat shall be payable separately) Item rate inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, scaffolding and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed by EIC, thickness 5 mm upto 20 mm.

Water proofing:- Nito proof damp Protect application for the best results surfaces should be damp or in SSD condition. In order to obtain the Protective properties of Nito Proof damp Protect, it is important that the correct Rates of application are observed, use a short stiff brush preferably 120-150 mm width and apply the mixed material like paint. The application of Nito proof Damp Protect should not be done if the temperature of the substrate is below 100 c. When applying on hot substrates i.e. over 300C Surface temperature, saturate the surface with water & allow for SSD condition. Do not add water to Nito proof Damp Protect during mixing and application. The coated surface should be air cured for a period of 4-5 days.

Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface thoroughly, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and as per direction of the EIC. (In Ground Floor). One Coat. Solvent based interior grade Acrylic Primer.

Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer): (Two coats) (ii) Luxury Quality

False ceiling with (ii) 12.5 mm thick Square edged Gypsum Plaster Board/tiles.

Supplying fitting &fixing concealed False ceiling Framework with G.I. Section (perimeter channels having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm. with thickness of 0.55 mm and web of length 27 mm, along the perimeter of the ceiling screws fixed to the wall with help of nylon sleeves or PVC dash fasteners @ 610 mm c/c then suspend G.I. intermediate ‘C’ section with web 90 mm and flanges of 15 mm each from soffit @ 1200 mm c/c with ceiling angle of size 25 mm.
