Preparation and consolidation of sub-grade with power road roller of 8 – 12 tonne capacity after cutting exiting road upto required depth, dressing to camber and consolidation with road roller including making good the undulation etc and rerolling the sub-grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 meters.

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (Sth Revision). Supplying ready mixed concrete of M 15 Grade with well graded stone chips of 20 mm nominal size containing designed quantity of cement per Cu.m of wet concrete produced in computerised batching plant under controlled condition using approved super plastisizer, designing concrete mix following I.S. 10262 and I.S. 456, transporting the mix with agitation in transit mixer to work site depositing the mix on a platform erected for the purpose at required levels of concreting and then placing the mix in its final location of form work, compacting and curing the same complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge including computerised batching plant transit mixer with all accessories vibrators etc. inclusive of all other incidental charges in this connection complete but excluding cost of hire charge of platform and its supporting staging which would be paid through separate item.[cement to be supplied by the Manufacturer/ supplier]In ground floor and foundation. Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing. Fixing S.H 90 lbs rail 1.50 m in length after cutting, carrying (Within 5 km) and fixing in line and level as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(The rate is inclusive of the cost of carrying, loading, unloading, cutting the rails and fixing the same but excluding the cost of excavating foundation , concreting and painting.) Supply of one 3-5 HP capacity diesel pump set of running condition on hire basis daily from 8 AM to 5PM along with necessary pipes for suction and delivery of length approximate 15 metre and 5 metre respectively and other accessoris and fittings like foor valve, clips etc, including Pump Driver/ Helper required to run the pump set for lifting of waste water from pits manholes, drains etc as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge at site

Provide charges of supplied fuel for running the pump set as per necessity and requirement

Supplying lobours for taking out old paver blocks/departmental stone set carefully, stacking the same in proper stack and depositing the spoils as directed within a lead of 150m

Carefully lay old paver blocks in line and level to match with existing paved surface including providing bedding layer with minimum sand (50 to 80mm avg. thk.) over hard and compacted base & completed by7 heavy duty vibrator plate compaction(joints filled with fine sand) as per specification including all lead, lifts, materials, labours etc. complete in all respect.
