Dismantle all types of Masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable Materials at site &removing the rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 Mtr in ground floor including roof.

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. in ground floor including roof. Upto 150 mm. thick

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars in ground floor including roof.

Spreading and consolidation of jhama / brick bats (size 63-45 mm ) and fine sand(Supply by the contractor) including premixing the material in suitable mixer in proportion of 60 : 40 , rolling , maintaining proper gradient and camber, watering as necessary and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh on both sides where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water including all incidental charges for the work and cost of breaking departmental bricks in proper size and shape all complete as per instruction of Engineer -in-charge.

Water Bound Macadam Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal / Laterite chelly or stone metal / shingles of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness (measured after compaction) in layers including screening of metals etc. as necessary,hand packing, sweeping, watering and rolling in stages with power roller to proper line, grade and camber, lighting, guarding & barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side where necessary to protect edges and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling and rolling all complete including the cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machineries and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).For Construction of Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal (63 mm to 45 mm) with moorum screening :

Brick work with 2nd class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) In foundation & plinth

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] With 1:6 cement mortar. 20 mm thick plaster

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in gound floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur Variety

Provide Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m Tor steel/Mild steel. JSW/JSPL/SHYAM/ SRMB/BMASL /ELECROSTEEL /SSL

Hire and labour charges for the shuttering with centering and necessary staging up to 4Mtr using approved stout props and 25 mm to 30 mm thick hard wood planked with required bracing for concrete slabs beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fittings, fixing and striking out after completion of the works (up to roof of ground floor) as per the direction of Engineer – In – Charge. 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation

Provide and lay single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Hire charges of Earth movers / Excavator -cum -loader for 8 hours. including one no operator , one no. helper ,fuel etc. The rate inclusive of all expenses etc complete but excluding G.S.T.

Carefully lay old paver blocks in line and level to match with existing paved surface including providing bedding layer with minimum sand (50 to 80 mm avg thk) over hard and compacted base & completed by heavy duty vibretor plate compaction (joints filled with fine sand ) as per specification including all lead,lifts,materials,labours etc comlete in all respect.

Loading ,unloading and carriage of old taken out paver blocks/sand/ rubbish from any location a distance of 5 km by trucks as directed.

Supply of glass and labour for breaking, pulverizing and spreading in layers or mixing with sand filling, concrete as directed, including loading and unloading all complete.

Designing, manufacturing, fabricating, transporting , loading , unloading and erecting at site, all complete storage shed as per the satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge with following specifications :- 1) Length 97.50 meter and width 21.00 meter as per attached drawing. 2) Construction type :- (TCCS) 3) Design codes/standards :-IS 800-2007 (COP for General Construction in Steel) ,IS 875-Part I to V (COP for Loads in Combinations) ,IS-1893-2002 (Rev-5) – (COP for Earthquake Resistant Design of Structure) ,Metal Building Manufacturer Association (MBMA-2014) ,AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) and other relevant IS Codes and suitable load combinations. 4) Roof slope 1/10, bay length as per bidder’s design. Clear height minimum 6 meter (eave’s height and is the least vertical distance from the bottom of the main frame column base plate to the top outer point of eaves strut). 5) Primary members – H-beam fabricated from high grade steel plates conforming to IS 2062, ASTM A 57250, ASTM A 57050, ASTM A 572M, Gr. 345 type I or equivalent with a minimum yield strength of 34.5 KN/cm2, factory painted with Red Oxide Primer of min. 50 micron DFT. Final paint with two coats of epoxy paint of approved brand and make. Web height 200 mm (min), flange width 200mm (min), thickness of members 6mm (min.).

6) Secondary members / cold framed members (purlins, girts, eave struts, wind bracing, flange bracing, base angles, clips etc. structural parts). Minimum height 100 mm and minimum thickness 2 mm. 7) Side / top sheeting: - Galvalume sheet [Substrate 55% Aluminium, 43.4% Zinc & 1.6% Silicon , Tensile Strength:550Mpa ,Coating Standard :As per AS 1397-1993 ,Coating Mass :AZ 150 ,Base Metal :High Tensile Steel ,Tensile Strength:550 Mpa, TCT : 0.60mm.Not less than five percent (5%) roof area to be provided with lightweight skylight sheet of 0.5 mm thickness (minm).The walls are to be all around closed with Zn-Al sheeting keeping 600 mm clear from the shed floor level proper ventilation system etc. 8) Work includes metal gutters, downpipes, minimum two (02) manual rolling shutter gates of minimum clear width of 5.0 meter and minimum clear height 5.0 meter, conforming to relevant IS COP and excludes civil work of flooring, foundation, brickwork etc.
