The material used for stitching shall be HDPE or PP tape and stiching should be uniform without any loose thread or Knot. The completely open mouth of the sack shall be hemmed with a fold of minimum 5mm and tape shall not fray. The bag should confirm to the relevent specification of IS 14887 (latest version)
