Picking up and removing old bituminous layer or sand sealing coat from old black topped surface and cleaning the exposed surface by scraping and stacking the material as directed. (a) By manual means: (ii) From 50 mm to 100 mm thick.

Providing, laying,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to lthe required density, as per Clause 404 of specifications for Road & Bridge works of MoRT& H(5th Revision), Grading-I Aggregate (63 mm to 45 mm) Using stone Screening Type A(11.2mm ) Manual Means.

Water Bound Macadam sub base By consolidating jhama metal/laterite chelly or stone metal/shingles of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness (measured after compaction) in layers not more than 75mm thick each layer including screening of metals etc. as necessary, hand packing sweeping, waterin and rolling in stages with power roller to proper line grade and camber, lighting guarding and barricading and making necessary eathenbundh of one metre width on each side where necessary to protect edges and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling and rolling all complete including the cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all man and machineries and compaction to the required density, as per clause 404 lof specification for road & Bridge works if MoRT& H(5th. Revision). For construction of subbase by consolidating jhama metal of size 63 mm 45 with moorumscreeing.

Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion(packed) of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on prepared surface including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per clause 502 of specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT& H(5th Revision) (A) Over granular surface(Using bitumen emulsion(Packed)@0.20 to 0.30 kg/sqm.)

(B) Over bituminous surface (Using bitumen @ 0.2 tO.3 kg./sqm.)

Cleaning rubbish, sludge,liquid earth, mud, debris and other materials etc. from kutcha/puccasurface drain of any size and up to 1.8 m deep including stacking the spoils within a lead of 75.00 mt. by manual means. (Payment will be made on the basis of actual measurement of spoil in dry condition).

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound,in conformity with the Municipal/Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Making kutcha drain upto 450mm, deep and upto 750 mm width to grade including trimming sides and beds, removing spoils to any distance and spreading.

Transport of ready mix bituminous material from Hot Mix plant including loading and unloading. Screening, spreading and laying complete.

Supplying after procurement ready mix hot bituminous material [The rate is exclusive of carriage, loading& unloading laying roilling,tack coat etc. ]

Hire charge for diesel road roller with fuel ,oil,driver, helper, all complete for rolling site in proper camber, grade and superlevation as per specification/direction to give an even /smooth surface.

Ordinary Cement concrete(mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips(20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any in ground floor as per is codes, with Pakur Variety aggregates.

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. in ground floor including roof.

Dismantling R.C. floor,roof,beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m including stacking of steel bars. In ground floor including roof.

Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within lead upto 75 m as directed.

Ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips(20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. With Pakur variety aggregates.

Single Brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level land filling joints with local sand.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs. beams and columns, lintelscurved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work(upto roof of ground )25mm to 30mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Provide Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups,bindersetc initial straightening and removal of loose rust ( if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct intersection,complete as per drawing and direction, Tor steel/Mild Steel, For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m Other than SAIL/TATA/RINL.

Brick work with 1st. Class bricks in cement mortar (1:6)-In foundation and plinth .

Plaster (to wall,floor,ceiling etc.)with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/ staging where necessary (Ground floor) [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]15mm thick plaster in 1:6 mortar -in ground floor.

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall,dado, window sill, floor drain etc. Note: Cement 0.152 cum. Per 100 sqm.

Clearing compound premises of shrubs,plants,jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-charge prior to execution will be necessary).(payment to be made area cleared)

Providing & laying NP4 hume pipe of 450mm dia with collar joint including loading, unloading and jointing materials complete.

Supplying labours for taking out old paver blocks carefully, stacking yhe same in proper stack and depositing the spoils as directed within a lead of 150 m.

Supplying and laying in the specified pattern of interlocking concrete block pavements (JCBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658:C006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure (as per cl. no 6.30 of IRC :SP:63 (2018),from BIS license manufacturer, with spacer nib (small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per cl.No 3.26 of IS :15658) and of a specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of the length to thickness of a paver block, as per Cl.no. 3.3 of IS :15658) as on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63(2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-33 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of of IRC SP-63) and up the gaps in between paver blocks in joint filing sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP-63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction ,levelling and filling up of the edge gap.(a)100 mm thick.
