BUILDING WORKS ( C ) Brickworks,Concrete Works etc?36...Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor).(When the height of a particular floor is more than 4 m the equivalent floor height shall be taken as 4 m and extra for works beyond the initial 4 m ht. shall be allowed under 12 (e) for every 4 m or part thereof).(a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Notes:- For shuttering in shell roof, grid roof with vertical faces folded plate, arched roof the rate in 36 (a), 36 (b) & 37 (c ) of subhead B above to be increased by 100 % . Cleaning of floating materials / garbage / any other foul materials from incoming sewer of drainage pumping station / adjoining penstock gate / open Nikashi / Lock Gate at Canal etc.by mathor labour after removing concrete slab / manhole cover etc.without damaging the same and refixing the same properly after cleaning as necessary and removing the sludge etc. by using iron pans,buckets including all labour, tools & plants including expulsion of impure / inflammable / asphyxiating gases from the drains etc. and removing the spoils in dry condition and disposing the same by truck beyond the area of Municipal Corporation / Municipality / Notified Area Authority / Industrial Township Authority etc. for such disposal including the cost of loading, unloading, transportation and making arrangement of necessary land for disposal, spreading and leveling as necessary etc. and cleaning the road side in all respects, complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-Charge. (Land for disposal to be arranged by the contractor). (Payment will be made on the basis of actual stack measurment of spoils in dry condition at roadsid(e).

BUILDING WORKS. (T)MISCELLANEOUS WORKS: A. SPECIAL WORKS. III. EVENT MANAGEMENT : 1) Hire and labour charges for 75 mm dia bamboo railing on Jhau/Eucalyptus or other approved timber posts 1.4 m above G.L. and 0.60 m below G. including tying strongly with coir ropes and boring holes for posts in any soil/ concrete surface/Bituminious surface packing the sides etc including cost of carriage of all materials and labour complete including cost of restoration to the damages of the ground to its original condition as per direction of Engineer in charge after removing the barricade. (Cost of restoration would be paid separately.) (a) 75mm. dia bamboo railing & 125mm. dia Jhau/Eucalyptus/other approved timber posts @ 1.60m apart. (i) Railing with 4 rows.
