35mm thick Cement Concrete Pavement (1:2:4) in floor/footpath etc. with graded stone chips 11.2mm down,properly leveled with 3mm thick screen on top by cement slurry paste@2.75kg cement per Sqm. Rounding off corners, chequering as required including taking necessary protective measure complete in Gr.floor/footpath.

SANITARY AND DRAINAGE WORKS (B)-(IV)INSPECTION PIT,SEPTIC TANK,SOAK PIT ETC. (a) Original Works 1.Constructing Inspection pit of inside measurement 600mm X 600mm X upto 600mm(depth) with 250 mm thick 1st. class brick work in cement mortar (1:4) on all sides, bottom of the pit consisting of 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone chips over a layer of jhama brick flat soling, 15 mm thick (1:4) cement plaster to inside walls and out-side walls upto G.L. and 20 mm.thick (1:4) plaster to bottom of the pit, providing necessary invert with cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone chips as per direction, neat cement finishing to entire internal surfaces, top of the pit covered with 100 mm thick R.C.C. slab (1:1.5:3) with stone chips and necessary reinforcements upto 1% and shuttering including 6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in all external surfaces of the slab and one 560 mm dia. R.C.C. manhole cover of approved make supplied, fitted and fixed in the slab with necessary fittings, necessary earthwork in excavation in all sorts of soil, filling sides of the pit with earth and removing spoils after work complete in all respect with all costs of labour and materials.i) With Pakur variety (Other than SAIL/TATA/RINL).

(1:4:8) bed over a layer of brick flat soling including providing 150mm. thick R.C.C. slab with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with reinforcement as per standard drawing over the chamber, brick on edge flooring with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) in the invert with 20mm. thick cement plaster (1:4) finished fine with 1.5 mm. thick neat cement in the inside walls and invert including supplying, fitting and fixing 450mm. dia. (15 M.T.) heavy duty R.C.P.C. cover and frame (15 M.T. load-bearing capacity) with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) and C.I. steps (4 kg. each) including cutting hard crust, excavation, dewatering, back filling and removal of spoils but excluding shoring as per standard drawing .(depth of invert between 1.15m. to 1.80m. below G.L.) i) Average depth of invert 1.15 m. below G.L.

23.Construction of Catch pit 600mmX525mm. 24.Construction of manhole with chamber of size as given below as per requirement without shaft with cement brick work (1:4) over 150mm. Thick Jhama cement conc. (1:4:8) bed over a layer of brick flat soling including providing 150mm. thick R.C.C. slab with ordinary cement concrete (mix1:1.5:3) with reinforcement as per standard drawing over the chamber chamber, brick on edge flooring with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) in the invert with 20mm. thick cement plastering (1:4) finished fine with neat cement 1.50 mm. thick in the inside walls and invert, including supplying, fitting and fixing R.C.P.C. manhole cover & frame (35 M.T. load bearing capacity) with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) & C.I. steps (4kg. Each) including cutting hard crust, excavation, dewatering, back filling and removal of spoils but excluding shoring complete as per standard drawing .(Depth of invert shall be between 1.25 m. and 1.80 m. below G.L.).i) Average depth of invert 1.25 m. below G.L with 250 mm. thick brick work a) 150 mm to 400 mm dia having internal size (1500mmx750mm)

24.Construction of manhole with chamber of size as given below as per requirement without shaft with cement brick work (1:4) over 150mm. thick jhama cement conc. (1:4:8) bed over a layer of brick flat soling including providing 150mm. thick R.C.C. slab with ordinary cement concrete (mix1:1.5:3) with reinforcement as per standard drawing over the chamber chamber, brick on edge flooring with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) in the invert with 20mm. thick cement plastering (1:4) finished fine with neat cement 1.50 mm. thick in the inside walls and invert, including supplying, fitting and fixing R.C.P.C. manhole cover & frame (35 M.T. load bearing capacity) with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) & C.I. steps (4kg. Each) including cutting hard crust, excavation, dewatering, back filling and removal of spoils but excluding shoring complete as per standard drawing .(Depth of invert shall be between 1.25 m. and 1.80 m. below G.L.).ii) Addition to rate of manhole chamber without shaft as per above item for each addition in depth of 150 mm. or part thereof. With 250 mm. thick brick work a) 150 mm to 400 mm dia having internal size (1500mmx750mm)

Raising gully pit cover and frame with CBW (1:4), 250 mm thick up to 100mm high with 20mm thick sand and cement plaster with neat cement after dismantiling the existing setting and taking out and refixing the existing cover and frame with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with stone chips all round the frame surface including removal of surplus spoils.
