Construction of special inspection chamber pit of size 900mm. X 600mm. (inside measurement) without shaft with 250mm. thick cement brick work (1:4) over150mm. thick jhama cement conc. (1:4:8) bed over a layer of brick flat soling including providing 150mm. thick R.C.C. slab with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with reinforcement as per standard drawing over the chamber, brick on edge flooring with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) in the invert with 20mm. thick cement plaster (1:4) finished fine with 1.5 mm. thick neat cement in the inside walls and invert including supplying, fitting and fixing 450mm. dia. (15 M.T.) heavy duty R.C.P.C. cover and frame (15 M.T. load-bearing capacity) with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) and C.I. steps (4 kg. each) including cutting hard crust, excavation, dewatering, back filling and removal of spoils but excluding shoring as per standard drawing .(depth of invert between 1.15m. to 1.80m. below G.L.) i) Average depth of invert 1.15 m. below G.L.

(15 M.T.) heavy duty R.C.P.C. cover and frame (15 M.T. load bearing capacity) with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) and C.I. steps (4 kg. each) including cutting hard crust, excavation, dewatering, back filling an removal of spoils but excluding shoring as per standard drawing .(depth of invert between 1.15m. to 1.80m. below G.L.) ii) Addition and deduction of rate of special inspection chamber pit as per above item for each addition or reduction in depth of 150 mm. or part thereof.

22.Construction of gullypit 1100mmX625mm. inside measurement and depth of invert 1500mm. below G.L. with 250mm. thick cement brick work (1:4) over 100mm. thick jhama cement concrete (1:4:8) bed over a layer of brick flat soling including providing 150mm. thick R.C.C. slab with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with reinforcement as per standard drawing, brickon-edge flooring in the invert, 20 mm. thick cement plaster (1:4) finished fine with 1.5 mm. thick neat cement in the inside of walls and invert including supplying, fitting and fixing R.C.P.C. gully grid (15-M.T.load bearing capacity) and 225 mm. dia. C.I. Syphone including cutting hard crust, excavation, dewatering, back filling and removal of spoils as per standard drawing

23.Construction of Catch pit 600mmX525mm. (inside measurement) and depth of invert 1000mm. below G.L. with 250mm. thick cement brick work (1:4) over 100mm. thick jhama cement concrete (1:4:8) bed over a layer of brick flat soling including providing 100mm. thick R.C.C. slab with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with reinforcement as per standard drawing, brickon- edge flooring with 20 mm. thick cement plaster (1:4) finished fine with 1.5 mm. thick neat cement in the inside walls and invert including supplying and fixing R.C.P.C. gully grid (5 M.T.load bearing capacity) and 150 mm. dia. C.I. Syphone including cutting hard crust, excavation, dewatering, back filling and removal of spoils as per standard drawing

MATERIALS AND LABOUR 1. Building (A) Materials delivered and stacked at site:      6)c)Fine Sand. Note: 1. The above rates are inclusive of all charges such as Royalty, Supervision Charges, etc. and also include allowance for sinkage, as applicable, and/or shrinkage and 10% Contractor?s Profit but exclusive of GST2. Rates for Sand and Brick/ Jhama/ Bats items are complete rates at site and no other costs need to be considered. For other items, necessary loading-unloading & carriage charges are admissible.3. Laterrite Boulder &Moorum are available in the districts as mentioned in Sl. No. ? 23 & 24 respectively, remaining districts may add necessary carriage cost as applicable. Water Bound Macadam Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal / Laterite chelly or stone metal / shingles of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness (measured after compaction) in layers including screening of metals etc. as necessary, hand packing, sweeping, watering and rolling in stages with power roller to proper line, grade and camber, lighting, guarding & barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side where necessary to protect edges and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling and rolling all complete including the cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machineries and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) For Construction of Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal  / Laterite (63 mm to 45 mm) (Moorum replaced with course sand)  (For compacted thickness 75mm)

Picking up and removing old bituminous layer or sand sealing coat from old black topped surface and cleaning the exposed surface by scraping and stacking the material as directed.  (a) By manual means :  (iii) Above 100 mm thick.

(1:4:8) bed over a layer of brick flat soling including providing 150mm. thick R.C.C. slab with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with reinforcement as per standard drawing over the chamber, brick on edge flooring with ordinary cement concrete(mix 1:2:4) in the invert with 20mm. thick cement plaster (1:4) finished fine with 1.5 mm. thick neat cement in the inside walls and invert including supplying, fitting and fixing R.C.P.C. cover and frame (15 M.T. load bearing capacity) with ordinary cement concrete (mix :1:2:4) and C.I. steps( 4 Kg. each) including cutting hard crust, excavation, dewatering, backfilling and removal of spoils but excluding shoring as per standard drawing .(depth of invert should not be less than 1.80m below G.L.) i) Average depth of invert 2.00 m. below G.L.

(This item should be executed on specific direction of the Enginner in charge). (b) For additional depth beyond 1.5 m. and upto 3.00 m
