SECTION 1. ------------BUILDING WORKS (I) PLASTERING, POINTING ETC. A. ORIGINAL WORKS 15 Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Construction of manhole with chamber of size as given below as per requirement  and 600mm X 600mm. (inside measurement) square shaft, with cement brick work (1:4) over 150 mm. thick jhama cement concrete (1:4:8) bed, over a layer of brick flat soling including providing 150mm. thick R.C.C. slab with ordinary concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with reinforcement as per standard drawing  over the chamber, brick-on-edge flooring with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) in the invert with 20mm. thick cement plaster (1:4) finished fine with 1.5mm. thick neat cement in the inside walls and invert including supplying, fitting and fixing R.C.P.C. cover and frame (35 M.T. load bearing capacity) with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) and C.I. steps (4 Kg. each) including cutting hard crust, excavation, de-watering, back filling and removal of spoils but excluding shoring complete as per standard drawing. (Depth of invert shall not be less than 1.80M below G.L.)  Average depth of invert 2.5m. below G.L.i) With 250mm. thick brick work b) Above 400 mm to 600 mm dia having internal size (1500mmx1100mm)

Constructing gully pit to a depth of 1.50m (Insid(e) with 250mm th. 1st class Brick Work (1:4) in all sides over a layer of jhama brick soling & 100mm th. jhama cement concrete (1:4:8) including necessary earth work, providing approved type C.I. Syphone (225mm dia) with topping RCPC gully grid (15MT load bearing capacity) constructing invert with brick -on-edge, including 20mm th. inside cement plaster (1:4) finished with neat cement punning, at the top 150mm th. R.C.C. slab (1:1.5:3)  with stone chips including necessary reinforcement , shuttering as per standard drawing  and as directed by E-I-C complete in all respect and removal of surplus earth with all costs of labour and materials. Inside measurement of gully pit,  1100mm X 600mm

Manhole connection (upto 300mm. dia) including mending good all complete with (1:2:4) cement concrete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Box cutting or filling in Road embankment in all sorts of soil including spreading the spoils properly over the flank as necessary or on berm to approximate grade & camber and rolling the sub-grade with power roller to proper camber and grade as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including uprooting and removing plants and jungles when and where necessary. (a) Depth up to 150 mm.

Box cutting or filling in Road embankment in all sorts of soil including spreading the spoils properly over the flank as necessary or on berm to approximate grade & camber and rolling the sub-grade with power roller to proper camber and grade as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including uprooting and removing plants and jungles when and where necessary.(b) For each additional Depth of 150mm and part thereof. BUILDING WORKS (A) EARTH WORK,ANTITERMITE TREATMENT 3. Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

BUILDING WORKS (A) EARTH WORK,ANTITERMITE TREATMENT 4.   Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity) (B) Do - by fine sand(5th Corrigenda & addenda dated 16.04.2019)

Water Bound Macadam Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal / Laterite chelly or stone metal / shingles of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness (measured after compaction) in layers including screening of metals etc. as necessary, hand packing, sweeping, watering and rolling in stages with power roller to proper line, grade and camber, lighting, guarding & barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side where necessary to protect edges and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling and rolling all complete including the cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machineries and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) For Construction of Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal  / Laterite (63 mm to 45 mm) (Moorum replaced with course sand)  (For compacted thickness 75mm)

Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (ii) On Granular surfaces treated with primer. (Using Bitumen emulsion at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm.)

Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) On Bituminous Surface. (Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm.)

Transportation and laying 40 mm thick hot asphaltum mixture from kmc plant to the work site including rolling but excluding the cost of tack coat (covered area- 1250 square meter per 100 mt hot-mixture) a) without paver finisher i) Day Time

35mm thick Cement Concrete Pavement (1:2:4) in floor/footpath etc. with graded stone chips 11.2mm down,properly leveled with 3mm thick screen on top by cement slurry paste@2.75kg cement per Sqm. Rounding off corners, chequering as required including taking necessary protective measure complete in Gr.floor/footpath.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
