SUPPLYING AND LAYING IN THE SPECIFIED PATTERN OF INTERLOCKING CONCRETE BLOCK PAVEMENTS (ICBP) WITH CONCRETE BLOCKS (WITH CONCRETE GRADE AS SPECIFIED AS PER TABLE 1 OF IS 15658: 2006) MANUFACTURED FROM BIS LICENSEE MANUFACTURER, WITH SPACER NIB (SMALL PROTRUDING PROFILES ON THE VERTICAL FACE OF PAVER BLOCK USED AS A DEVICE FOR KEEPING MINIMUM JOINT GAP IN BETWEEN THE PAVING BLOCK, AS PER CL. NO 3.26 OF IS 15658) AND OF SPECIFIED SIZE AND SHAPE WITH ASPECT RATIO (THE RATIO OF LENGTH TO THICKNESS OF A PAVER BLOCK, AS PER CL. NO. 3.3 OF IS: 15658) AS PER TABLE 1 OF IS 15658 WITH FLEXURAL  STRENGTH / BREAKING LOAD AS PER ANNEXURE G OF IS: 15658, ON THE PREPARED BASE COURSE OF SPECIFIED CBR AS PER TABLE 1 OF IRC SP 63 (2018) OR ELSE AS OF 25-35 MM THICK (GRADING OF THE BEDDING SAND AS PER CLAUSE 6.5.1 OF IRC SP-63) AND FILLING UP THE GAPS IN BETWEEN PAVER BLOCKS WITH JOINT FILLING SAND (THE GRADING OF THE JOINT FILLING SAND WILL BE AS PER CLAUSE 6.5.2 OF IRC SP 63) AND COMPLETING THE EDGES WITH CUT BLOCKS AS PER CL. Laying of interlocking Paver Blocks as per approved design over 20-30mm th medium yellow sand bed with true to line,lavelling,proper compaction with vibrator etc. with jointing with kerb/edge should be made with Cement Concrete (1:2:4)etc. as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and including cost of materials,labour etc. complete

BUILDING WORKS (F) STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS, GRILLS, GATES ETC. A. ORIGINAL WORKS 13. (a) M.S.or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S, W.I. Flats and bars of windows,railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor. (Add extra @ 1% for each addl. floor upto 4th floor and @ 1.25% for each addl. floor above 4th floor) ((ii) Grill weighing above 16 Kg./sq.mtr and above. (MODE OF MEASUREMENT):-The weight of grill per sq.m. will be determined by taking the physical weight of fabricated grill and dividing the same by covered area of the same. N.B. No shop priming will be allowed to facilitate inspection of workmanship. Weight of grill is to be taken after final grinding and finishing the weld.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary :(b) On steel or other metal surface : (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white) ( Ref :PWD (Bldg.)-2017, It. No. 2, Page No. 200)

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 ( 8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%, one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary watering and finally fine dressing, levelling etc., including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and levelling as directed, within a lead of 50m lift upto 1.5m complete. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials. Planting hedge plants in two rows at 30cm apart.

HORTICULTURE: 9) Supplying and Planting of different plant / trees ( Supplying well grown plants bushy and healthy, minimum height as specified i.e. exposed height including all leads & lift, carriage, handling, manuring, applying presticide and fertilizer etc. xxvii) Areca Palm 4 - 5 suckers of height 120 cm to 135 cm in earthen pots of size 25 cm.
