Construction of Sub Base using Local Materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface, including screening the metal as necessary, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, lighting, guarding and barricading including cost and carriage of all materials and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre wide on each side to protect the edges complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).(i) For Construction of Sub Base by compacting 1st class brick aggregates (40 mm down) and sand (in proportion of 60:40) ( Ref :PWD (Rds & Brdgs)-2018, It. Wet Mix Macadam Base Course Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including screening of aggregates and granular materials, premixing the material with water at OMC in Wet Mix Plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with Paver in Sub- base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, including supply of all materials, machinery, fuel and lubricants, including incidental costs for lighting. guarding, barricading, making earthen bundh to protect the edges including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 406 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).(Rate as per PWD(WB) schedule of rates 2018(Roads & Bridge Work) , page-249(item-4.12) & 212(table3.3-1) and 4th Addenda & Corrigenda)

PRIME COAT Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i)For WBM / WMM Surface:...(with primer @ 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm)(Rate as per PWD(WB) schedule of rates 2018 (Roads & Bridge Work), page-213(table-3.3-1) & 251 (item-5.01))

Tack Coat  Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS:8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour,cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (ii) On Granular Surfaces treated with primer (Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm.)(Rate as per PWD(WB) schedule of rates 2018 (Roads & Bridge Work), page-213(table-3.3-1) & 251 (item-5.02))

Tack Coat  Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS:8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour,cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) On Bituminous Surface (Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm.)(Rate as per PWD(WB) schedule of rates 2018 (Roads & Bridge Work), page-213(table-3.3-1) & 251 (item-5.02))

DENSE BITUMINOUS MACADAM [Using Bitumen VG-40 (30/40)] Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading, filler(Cement /hydrated lime / Rock dust) premixed with bituminous binder of approved grade @4.0% (min) for Grading -1 and 4.5% (min) for Grading -2 by weight of total mix as per table 500-10 and mix design done as per table 500-11 and job mix formula as per clause 505.3.3 of MoRT&H (5th Revision), including screening, cleaning of chips, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying the mixed materials at specified laying temperature, as specified in Table 500-2 with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over prepared surface coated with tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled and vibratory or tandem rollers or with a pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight with a tyre pressure of at least 0.56 Mpa, to achieve the desired density as per clause 505.3.5, all including cost and carriage of bitumen, crushed aggregates, filler materials and hire charges of machinery and equipment for construction and quality control complete as per Clause 505 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). B. For Grading 2 (26.5 mm nominal size, 50-75 mm thick.) Transportation and laying 40 mm thick hot asphaltum mixture from kmc plant to the work site including rolling but excluding the cost of tack coat (covered area- 1250 square meter per 100 mt hot-mixture) a) without paver finisher. i) Night Time ( Ref :As per KMC Rates, taxes, fees & Charges for the year 2019-2020, As per present market Price, Rate appvd. Liquid Seal Coat (Type A) Providing and laying Liquid Seal Coat (Type A) with approved quality stone chips and bitumen binder on thoroughly cleaned black top surface, spreading screened & cleaned stone aggregates (100 % passing through 11.2 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve) uniformly @ 0.09 m3 of dry aggregate per 10 m2 of area using suitable means, brushing the chips, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and stone chips, cost of heating the binder and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools & plants required for construction and quality control complete as per Clause 511 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).
