Raising manhole cover and frame with CBW (1:4), 250mm thick up to 100mm high with 20mm thick sand and cement plaster including finishing with neat cement after cutting the asphaltum pavement and taking out and re-fixing the existing manhole cover and frame with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with stone chips all round the frame surface including removal of surplus spoils. BUILDING WORKS(P) SOLING, EDGING AND METALLING??(2)Labour for laying soiling with departmental bricks including carriage of departmental bricks within a lead of 150 metres preparation of bed as necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with brick joints properly filled in and packed with local sand or powdered earth and including necessary cushion of similar materials below the soling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used)(The item included the cost of obtaining local sand or powdered earth)(a) Single brick flat soling (thickness 75 mm)

35mm thick Cement Concrete Pavement (1:2:4) in floor/footpath etc. with graded stone chips 11.2mm down,properly leveled with 3mm thick screen on top by cement slurry paste@2.75kg cement per Sqm. Rounding off corners, chequering as required including taking necessary protective measure complete in Gr.floor/footpath.

BUILDING WORKS (B) DISMANTLING, CUTTING CHASE, HOLES ETC 13. Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge
