The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience and technical acumen in executing, construction, and completion of similar nature of work. The specific requirements are: - At least 40% of the estimated amount put to tender, which is 1,87,47,930.40. - Or, 2 similar nature of work, each of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender, which is 1,40,60,947.80 each. - Or, one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at (i) above. Additionally, the bidder should not have a record of poor performance or been blacklisted by any employer during the last 7 years prior to the date of the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT). The bidder should also have a clean record of work experience for at least 7 years. The contractor shall provide sufficient qualified technical personnel with sound knowledge and experience in execution of similar nature of work, to be employed under the firm for at least 2 consecutive years.
