Lifting of motor from base and shifting to workshop. Testing of motor. Complete dismantling of motor. Cutting of damaged and burst 03-nos power Leads of motor. Silver brazing of 03 (Actual 03 X 2 = 06) nos new power leads from cutting portions. Supply and Silver brazing of 03-nos new power sockets with new leads. Supply and replacement of all 06- nos GI studs Connectors with new SS studs to avoid high resistance/connectivity of GI studs. Supply and fitting of 02-nos new glass fiber support insulators in connection box to replace damaged supporters. Complete cleaning of stator winding and rotor with compressed air and liquid cleaning agent. Heat varnishing of stator winding and rotor. Varnishing of inside of connection box. Complete cleaning of all parts of motor and box up of motor. Testing and trial run of motor. Shifting and placement of motor on pump house base.

Replacement damaged Cable at connecting Motor lead side from PDB cum MCC to Motor Terminal. Salvage value will be lesses @ 2% of Total Amount of this item no. 2

Laying on Cable Tray, on existing Cable Tray and binding with suitable size GI wire. (Above 150 sqmm)
