Making one set of scaffolding only for replacing glass panels, painting, uprooting plant and another repairing works of building and S&P works for external works only with 10 cm. dia bamboo as main posts at the rate of 1 metre centre to centre and 7.5 cm. dia bamboo ties @ 0.75 metre apart fitting and fixing with necessary coir, nails etc. as per direction of the Engineer-incharge. a) 3.90 metre height

c) Extra for additional 3.6 height or part thereof

d) Extra over item c) for shrifting

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints in cluding throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] i)With 1:3 cement mortar i)15 mm thick plaster

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

M.S.or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S, W.I. Flats and bars of windows, railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor. (i) Grill weighing above 16 Kg./sq.mtr and above

Lowering and dismantling of horrizontal members of height barriers and removing nuts- bolts ,keeping the dismentalled menbers in safe custody and refixing the same after cutting by gas and making good damaged portion of members by welding as necessary by engaging hydra including hire charges of machinaries,cost of fuel and lubricants and wages of operaros and helper and all incidental charges complete. The operations should be conducted immidiate and as per direction of engineer in charge.(N.B: Necessary cost materials such structural rectification by providing structural members,MS Plate etc.,gas cutting,welding,nuts bolt etc will be paid seperately).

Cutting to requisite length or shape departmental R.S. joists, channels, angles, tees, plates etc.

M.S. work in Rolled steel joists, channels, angles. Tees, plates etc. including hoisting, placing in position including providing staging and removing after completion of works and cutting to sizes as required.

Removing loose scales, blisters etc. from old painted surface and thoroughly smoothening the surface to make the same suitable for receiving fresh coat of paint.

(a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : b) On steel or other metal surface : With other than hi-gloss of approved quality- i) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Welding by gas / electric plant including transportation of welding plant at site including cutting, forging & drilling to required shape.

M.S. Works in bolts and nuts of different sizes fitted and fixed in position including drilling holes and welding including cost of labour and materials.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates, filler materials (Cement /hydrated lime /Rock dust) and premixed with bituminous binder of specified grading @5.2% (min) for Gr. -1 & @5.4% (min) for Gr. -2 , as per table 500-17 and mix design done as per table 500- 10 and job mix formula as per cl. 505.3.3, including screening, cleaning of chips and preparing a uniform and qualify mix, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying the mixed materials at specified laying temperature as specified in Table 500-2 with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over prepared surface coated with tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled and vibratory or tandem rollers or with a pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight with a tyre pressure of at least 0.56 MPa, to achieve the desired density as per clause 505.3.5, including cost and carriage of bitumen, crushed aggregates, filler materials and hire charges of machinery and equipment for construction and quality control, complete as per Clause 507 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). B. For Grading 2 (13.2 mm nominal size, 30-40 mm thick.) (ii) Using Drum mix Type HMP of minimum capacity 40-60 TPH.

Providing, laying and compacting of approved readily available in HDPE seal pack Bituminous cold mix on prepared base consisting of a mixture of unheated mineral aggregate and emulsified,as per manufacturer spacification and dirrection of EIC for mending pot holes developed on carriage way of road/bridge/flyover/ROB/RUB/Underpass etc.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stonechips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering andreinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes (i) Pakur Variety

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) i. Steel shuttering or 9 to 12 mm thick approved quality ply board shuttering in any concrete work.

Add GST @ 18% on Rs.489629.93 i.e. Total amount over Item No. 01 to 22

Add Labour Welfare Cess @ 1% on Rs.577763.32 i.e. Total amount over Item No. 01 to 23
