A. Disconnecting the power connection from the LT MCC cum PDB feeder of the 75 KW LT motor and de-coupling it from Pump without Damaging the base in order to carry it to the workshop for necessary inspection, cheaking, finding out the faults with the help of motor maintenance expert and carry out necessary repairing / servicing of the motor as required. B. After completion of the repairing, maintenance and bringing back the motor from workshop to the pump house, installation of the motor to its original position properly and making pump-motor connection with coupling, maintaining proper allignment between the pump shaft and motor shaft by necessary adjustments within the permissible limit with the help of expert mechanics then re-connection of the LT power cable between LT MCC cum PDB of the 75 KW motor and testing commissioning of the pump-motor set as per the direction of EIC.

Charges for transportation and carriage of the de-coupled motor from the pump floor to workshop for reparing maintenance and bringing back the completely repaired motor to pump house including loading and unloading.

Repairing and overhauling of 1 No 75 KW LT motor by thorough inspection, cheaking and finding out the faults, stripping of the existing burnt stator winding & and cleaning of slots, rewinding of stator with new enamel copper conductor with epoxy moulding providing class "H" insulation, Heat- varnishing of stator winding ,balancing of Rotor, replacement of DE ( 6317 C 3) and NDE ( 6314 C 3) bearing, fitting of other accessories , Boxing up and, painting of motor, Testing of 75 KW motor set after complete re-assembly.
