d) Extra over item c) for shrifting

Cleaning the exposed corroded Reinforcement as well as worn out concrete by sand blasting with air compressor including all materials, hire charges of machineries and labour etc. all complete as per technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. (a) In ground floor including roof.i. Up to 150 mm thk.

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy.

Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1.

Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete

Removing corroded worn out portion of reinforcement (when the area of bar is damaged by more than 25%) by cutting and replacing the same by a new-For anchorage of cross girder cap and others area plain round bar of requisite diameter by binding with required lap / welding with old bar, including cost of reinforcement, complete in all respect including removing unserviceable materials from site as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. Note : Payment on weight (Kg.) of new reinforcement.

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction.. (a) Where staging is not required.

Supplying. preparing and placement of ready mix non shrink cementious microconcrete having no metalic aggregate or chlorides for repairing and \iackting of damagedR.C.C.members. Themicro concrete should achieve a compressive strength notless than 10 MPaafter 24 hours. 40 Mpaafter 7 days and 50Mpa aftre 28 days at 300C.It should have unrestrained expansion in between 1 to 4%. flexural strength shall not be less than 5MPaafter 28 days. Micro concrete should have a co-efficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete.

Guniting concrete surface with cement mortar (25 mm nominal thick) applied with compressor after cleaning surface and spraying with epoxy complete as per Technical specification

Supplying and application of chemical for post installed rebar connection by using ETA approved for seismic criteria in rebar connection, including drilling hole to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleanlng with brush & jet of clean air, filling chemical using serrated nozzle to eliminate mixing error and in a voldless manner including charges for all tools & plants. Application to be designed for post - installed rebars as per ECZ/TR023 or relevant tested and accepted design guidelines and the design document to be furnished by the manufacturer. The chemical should have ETA approval for seismic criteria of rebar fixing which should be furnished by manufacturer. The installation and the setting instructions should be strIctly followed as per manufacturer's specifications as approved by EIC prior to drilling along with post - installed rebar embedment design report. The existing concrete member should be scanned using rebar scanner to avoid hitting existing reinforcement in concrete during drilling. Notes :- 1) This rate is excluding the cost of scaffolding. 2) This work should not be executed without specific permission of Superintending Engineer of the respective circle and injection process should be executed in the presence of officer not below the rank of Assistant Engineer to supervise the work minutely. 3) Rebar grouting is specifically requiredfor extension and strengthening purpose of old or existing RCC structural members with new RCC structural members through rebar fixing chemical item without breaking beam, column, roof slab, lintel, ceiling, etc. (i) Cost of post installed rebarring application with chemical as specified for 8 mm dia per cm of depth

Applying epoxy mortar ( 10 mm nominal thick) over leached, honey combed and spalled concrete surface and exposed steel reinforcement complete as per Technical specification

Applying pre-packed cement based polymer mortar ( 10 mm nominal thick) of strength 45 MPa at 28 days for replacement of spalled concrete

Add GST @ 18% on Rs. 1562130.50 i.e. Total amount over Item No. 01 to 19

Add Labour Welfare Cess @ 1% on Rs.1843313.99 i.e. Total amount over Item No. 01 to 20
