The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed, as a prime agency during the last 5 years, at least one similar nature of civil work with a value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender. Alternatively, the bidder may have completed multiple works of the same nature with a total value of 25% of the estimated amount put to tender, or completed 75% of a running project of the same nature with a value amounting to 30% of the estimated amount put to tender. The value and percentage of similar works completed are specified as follows: - 30% of the estimated amount in a single contract, - two contracts each of at least 25% of the estimated amount, - single running work having completed 75% or more and value of which is not less than 30% of the estimated amount. For the given estimated cost of the work, which is 2,70,45,872.48 Rs, the bidder should have completed a work of at least 30% of this amount, which is 81,13,761.74 Rs in a single contract, or two contracts of 25% each, which is 67,61,468.12 Rs each. The bidder should also have an average annual turnover of at least 30% of the estimated amount for the last three years and should submit a Bank Solvency Certificate of a minimum of 20% of the estimated amount put to tender. The works should be under the authority of State/Central Government, State/Central Government undertaking, Autonomous Bodies, Statutory bodies, or local bodies.
