Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sq.mn in under ground trench 460 x 760 mm average depth with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 ( eight) nos. bricks per mtr. including road boaring also filling the space between the bricks and cables also the trench with shifted soil , leveling up and restoring surface properly. NB.- May be more than one cable 2/3/4 nos /PVC Rigid Pipe may laid in the same trench / as per instruction of EIC . [F-2/1a]

Laying of one No. cable above 35 sq.mn and upto 185 sq.mm in under ground trench 460 x 760 mm average depth with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 ( eight) nos. bricks per mtr. including road boaring also filling the space between the bricks and cables also the trench with shifted soil , leveling up and restoring surface properly. Laying of one No. cable above 185 sq.mm in under ground trench 460 x 760 mm average depth with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 ( eight) nos. bricks per mtr. including road boaring ( if 2 run cable laid in single trench 2 nos road boaring should be done if required ) also filling the space between the bricks and cables also the trench with shifted soil , leveling up and restoring surface properly.(For 2x300 sq.mm) NB.-May br more than one cable 2/3/4 nos / PVC Rigid Pipe may laid in the same trench .

Laying of cable as below , after cutting floor / pavement / wall / tiels and making holes including embdding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish by CC morter 5:1 ratio including removing the rubbish . (NS) i) Size of busbar alley chamber - 1300x300x300 (HxWxD) and the 415V 315A busbar made with 32x6x1200 mm long x 4 nos electroliting graded Cu. flat for R Y B & N and the Cu. flats should be fixed on suitable size 1100V grade FRP base / chair / DMC insulator base and all the Cu. flats i.e Main busbar & all incoming & outgoing connecting bars / flats should be coverd up by the heat shrinkage different coloured PVC sleeve / cover as per norms including suitable bending , drilling also S&F GI required size nut bolts with spring washers etc & top portion of the door should be fitted metering & indication devices i.e AE make Digital Volt meter 0-500V , AE make Digital Ammeter - 0-200A , CT Coil 200 : 5 cappa make as per dia of Main Busbar Cu. flat (32x6mm) , LED indication lamp - R, Y & Blue L & T / Siemens make , 10A Selector switch for Ammeter & 6A selector switch for Volt meter Kayceey / L&T make , SP MCB C6-Simens make C series 10KA- 3nos . All control wiring should be done by Cu. wire 1.5 sq.mm Finolex / Gloster make except CT wiring & CT wiring should be done by 2.5sq.mm Cu. wire ii) middle part for SFU / SDF units compartmentlized chamber 500x400x300mm (HxWxD) for 200A SFU , 400x300x300 mm (WxHxD) for 160A SFU and 400x250x300 (WxHxD) for 100A SFU - 2 nos. all SFUs are OE type L& T make. and iii) Cable alley Chamber 1300x300x300 (HxWxD)The 415V 200A (FN200TPN SK 95568) SFU should be connected with the main busbar 32x6mm by the same size of Cu. Fla t i.e 32x6mm Cu, flat and incoming 32x6mm Cu. flat should be extended upto Cable alley with rigidly supporting , the 415V 160A ( FN160TPN SK95713) SFU should be connected with the main busbar 32x6mm by the 25x6mm Cu, flat and outgoing connecting Cu. flat 25x6mm should be extended upto Cable alley with rigidly supporting and also 415V 100A (FN100TPN SK 95568) SFU should be connected with the main busbar 32x6mm by the 25x6mm Cu, flat and outgoing connected 25x6mm Cu. flat should be extended upto Cable alley with rigidly supporting The complete panel board should be painted with 2 coats of powder coated 9 tank treated synthetic enamel paint also provision of Earth bus , danger board etc as required as per system. g) Constructional details - All incoming & outgoing facility of the panel board should be cubicaled also compartlized & Switch disconnector fuse units that should be housed in respective compartment and should be keeping sufficient clearance bottom SFU from bottom surface also with hinged & gasketted Door . All doors shall have Panel locking arrangement. The pillar box shall be properly Gasketted to prevent ingress of dust & moisture & remain busbar will be properly arrange & all Switches shall be fixed by G.I nuts & bolts with spring washer and also all SFU / SDFunits should be connected with the main busbar as mentioned / proper size / equivallent size of electroliting graded tinned Cu. flat / Bar / as per direction of E.I.C. (Drawing should be provided during execution of job)

End , Panel end etc . for making space of new installation accessories including restoring the power after completion of Job. (NS)
