Fla t i.e 32x6mm Cu, flat and incoming 32x6mm Cu. flat should be extended upto Cable alley with rigidly supporting , the 415V 160A ( FN160TPN SK95713) SFU should be connected with the main busbar 32x6mm by the 25x6mm Cu, flat and outgoing connecting Cu. flat 25x6mm should be extended upto Cable alley with rigidly supporting and also 415V 100A (FN100TPN SK 95568) SFU should be connected with the main busbar 32x6mm by the 25x6mm Cu, flat and outgoing connected 25x6mm Cu. flat should be extended upto Cable alley with rigidly supporting The complete panel board should be painted with 2 coats of powder coated 9 tank treated synthetic enamel paint also provision of Earth bus , danger board etc as required as per system. g) Constructional details -
All incoming & outgoing facility of the panel board should be cubicaled also compartlized & Switch disconnector fuse units that should be housed in respective compartment and should be keeping sufficient clearance bottom SFU from bottom surface also with hinged & gasketted Door . All doors shall have Panel locking arrangement. The pillar box shall be properly Gasketted to prevent ingress of dust & moisture & remain busbar will be properly arrange & all Switches shall be fixed by G.I nuts & bolts with spring washer and also all SFU / SDFunits should be connected with the main busbar as mentioned / proper size / equivallent size of electroliting graded tinned Cu. flat / Bar / as per direction of E.I.C. (Drawing should be provided during execution of job)
