Top of the letters should be Malaysia imported LED Acrylic sheet 3mm thick milky white in colour / glossy colour also transparent i.e eye catching & long lasting with proper light emmission & cutting the letters by using computer operated machine , or any other machine for good finishing , side portion made with 75 mm height American F groove of aluminium channel (Italy) and the edge of the letter should be inserting in groove properly ,with poper bending as per letter by the CNC machine or any other machine , top portion of the letter & rest portion of F groove channel profile should be covered by the Polyurethane (PU) coating properly and the base of the letter should be made 12mm thick WPC board Green ply / Century make that to be cutting as per size of letter & inserted the cutting WPC board in the channel profile of the letter base tightly/rigidly by using Suitable addessive , Steel serews and base portion of the letter should be covered up by the imported american PVC channelum strip . The complete letters should be fixed up on the existing MS structure after placeing the computerised printed Flex as per recomonded front & matter with the help of screws / any other suitable method as pet instruction of EIC and the probable matter / front is given below .
