Size of the 415V busbar - 20x6x650 mm (approx) for R Y B & N made with electroliting graded Cu. bar & the bars should be covered with the heat shrinkage PVC coloured cover / Sleeve as per norms & also required size sufficient nos. drilled holes & nut bolts complete. The bars of the busbar should be fixed rigidly with self supporting structure & on the 1100V grade 200A cap[acity DMC / bakelite insulator insulator base / FRP chair . The panel box should be 9 tank treated powder coated synthetic enamel paint also having rain guard facility 100mm long from the body of the control panel box surrounding the top , ventilation facility both side , earthing & danger board facility both side . Fabrication should be made as per instruction of EIC / as per supplied drawing and all opening will be covered with the rubber Gasket.. Back side of the pillar box will remain only Busbar 415V 200A capacity 650 mm long for R Y B & N (20x6x650-700 mm x 4 nos.), 3nos 4 Pole 32A MCB & 3 nos. 4 way terminal block including wiring with the 6 sq.mm Cu. wire . Front side will remain all controlling accessorie as stated like 415V 63A L&T make SFU handel portion , Siemens make C Series 4 Pole 32A MCB - 1no, ( Total 32A 4P MCB - 4 nos.) 4P 63A MCB Isolator - 1 no., SP MCB - 16 nos (1 no. for timer input , 3nos. for LED indication light. & 12 nos for 3 Phase circuit / 3 phase distribution like TPN DB , 24 Hrs.Analog type Timer , 3 pole power Contact , LED indication Lamp - 3 nos , 10A selector Switch - 1 no. Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketings with pin / ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc. Including sockets , tapes . 1.5 Sq.mm (NS)

Supplying & fixing PVC 3 way connector 1100V grade heavy type including making connection complete.

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connectionas per GS [ Make - Siemens ] Siemens make 6-32 A SP as per instruction of E [ D-6 / 7 ]
