S & F of Fuse holder & Fuse base suitable for DIN fuse- link, 800A rated, L & T make, Type: HB 800, Cat. No.: SK91051- 24 Nos. 2. S & F of DIN type Fuse Links type HN suitable for HB 800 Fuse Base a. L & T make, Size 3, 630A, Cat. No.: SF94437- 6 Nos. b. L & T make, Size 3, 400A, Cat. No.: SF94435- 3 Nos. c. L & T make, Size 3, 315A, Cat. No.: SF94434- 15 Nos. 3. HDBC tinned Copper Bars (Min. 1200x 50x 10 mm) - 04 Nos. Work is to be executed after dismantling of existing accessories, re-fixing of same and returning the others to EM Section which are not required, uprooting & relaying of all cables. S & F of Double Compression type Brass Glands, Al. sockets (Dowells) as per requirements, Repairing & Painting of the PB including civil works as per the direction of the EIC.

MPP-I: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Indoor, cubicle type, MCCB (I/C & O/G) with rotary handle, MS angle/ Chanel, totally Enclosed with hinged/ lockable arrangement overall dimension as per the site condition and as per the direction of the EIC LT Panel extendable, bolted type construction, single front, fixed type, compartmentalized, front operated, back open able, LT cubicle type panel suitable for incoming and outgoing cable entry from bottom and top having IP protection of 54, suitable for operation on 450V, 3ⱷ, 50Hz, power supply fabricated out of 14 SWG (2.023 mm) CRCA sheet for whole the panel, ISMC 150: 150x76Xx6.5x9 mm base channel, 75x75x6 mm angle for structure, gland plate (top & bottom) of 3 mm thick having sheet steel pre- treatment powder coated with approved shade, with high tensile bolts for bus bar fastening, hardware’s will be cadmium plated to withstand corrosion atmosphere prevailing at site with 1000A TPN Copper bus bars suitable to withstand 50 kA fault level for 1 Sec, bus bars supports of a heat resistance thermoplastic/ bakelite sheet of Min. 10mm thickness, with surrounding of solid metallic partitions complete with supplying and fixing of following materials including inter connections using Cu bars as stated. Bus bar arrangement will be in single layer (back to back or ladder arrangement will not be accepted) and depth of B.B.C. height and width as per requirement. Minimum clearance of phase bars to earth shall be 40mm and between bus bars shall be minimum 50mm. All openings will be covered with rubber gasket. [Make- CPRI approved panel builder, scanned copy of type test report for 50 kA short circuit test and heat run test). The cubicle type totally enclosed complete panel must have facility for floor cum wall mounting. I/C: (1) 02 No. 630 A, 4P, MCCB (Legrand make DRX MCCB with Thermal Magnetic Protection Unit: O/L & S/C protection, 50 kA, DRX 630, CAT No.: 6676 65) with both side spreader links and extended CU bars of 50X10 mm (both are to be supplied) of required length suitable to connect up to 300 sq. mm. 3.5/ 4 C Cable as I/C and to main bus bars as O/G. O/G: (1) 2 No. 400 A, 4P, MCCB (Legrand make DRX MCCB with Thermal Magnetic Protection Unit: O/L & S/C protection, 36 kA, DRX 630, CAT No.: 6676 55) with both side spreader links and extended CU bars of 50X6 mm (both are to be supplied) of required length suitable to connect 300/ 240 sq. mm. 3.5/ 4 C Cable as O/G and main bus bars as I/C. (2) 12 No. 125 A, 4P, MCCB (Legrand make DPX3 MCCB with Thermal Magnetic Protection Unit: O/L & S/C protection, 36 kA, DPX3 160, CAT No.: 4200 96) with both side spreader links and extended CU bars of 25X6 mm (both are to be supplied) of required length suitable to connect up to 120 sq. mm. 3.5/ 4 C Cable as O/G and main bus bars as I/C. Bus Bars: 50 x 10 x 4000 mm (minimum length) x 4 Nos. HC tinned, E- 1 grade CU bars (R-Y-B-N) of approx. AC rating 1000A in still air at 415 V duly covered by R, Y, B coloured heat shrinkable, 1.1 kV grade PVC sleeves. Minimum clearance of phase bars to earth shall be 40 mm and between bus bars shall be minimum 50 mm. 10 mm bakelite sheet is to be used for all separation purpose. 1 no. 50X6 mm Al bar is to be fixed outside the panel chamber as earth bus along the panel. 2x3 sets of KAPPA make 500/ 5 A CTs with proper connections. 1 set suitable space heater with adjustable thermostat to be connected through 16 A, DP MCB, Legrand make, C series, 10 kA with wiring, CU lugs etc. as reqd. 1 set of 5/ 15 A combined modular type switch socket unit with 16 A, DP MCB, C series, 10/ 9 kA with wiring, CU lugs etc. as reqd. to be fitted at the panel for external operation. Indicating Lamp: 2x3 Nos. LED indicating pilot lamp (R-Y-B) with all accessories such as 6A, 4P MCB, Legrand make, C series, 10 kA with wiring, CU lugs etc. as reqd. 1 set of digital multi-function meter (suitable to measure Phase/ Line Voltages, Phase/ Line Currents, kW/ kWh/ kVA/ kVAR, pf etc.) Schneider (or suitable as per the direction of the EIC) make to be fitted at the panel along with all standard accessories. Proper illumination using LED Luminaires through control switch must arranged at the inside of the panel along with on, off and trip indicating lamp for all the MCCBs using suitable accessories and wirings. Internal wiring needs to be done with FRLSH (Finolex/ R R Kables/ KEI) single core multi strand CU wires of 2.5/ 1.5 sq. mm. size as required & as per the directions of the EIC maintaining the colour codes. Panel needs to be installed on 10” brick foundation at both the side of the panel including plastering as per direction of the EIC. Work is to be executed after dismantling of old panel (returning to EM section), wires, cables and re-fixing/ re-laying of same including new double compression type glands, Al. Sockets, earthing by suitable GI wires etc. as required. All MCCBs are to be fixed with long rotary handle along with additional mechanism for ON, OFF and TRIP and respective indicating lamps.
