Laying of cable 4 core x 185 sq. mm. on wall/ surface including S & F MS clams with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. as necessary, mending good damages and painting.

Laying of cable up to 3/4 core 25 sq. mm. on wall/ surface including S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necessary mending good damages and painting: 4 core x 25 sq. mm.

Supplying and fixing double compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below as per direction of the EIC: (a) 4 core x 25 sq .mm

(b) 4 core x 185 sq.mm

Finishing the end of following XLPE armoured cables by crimping method including supplying and fixing solder less socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials as follows as per direction of the EIC: (a) 4 core x 25 sq .mm

(b) 4 core x 185 sq.mm

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded ' Finolex FRLSH' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire in 20 mm size PVC rigid conduit 'MMS, FR' (Plaza/ Precision make) including necessary fittings as required: 2 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sq. mm.) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sq. mm.) ECC.

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketing with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes: 2.5 sq. mm.

Distribution wiring with 1.1kV grade Finolex FRLSH insulated single core 2x1.5sq.mm + 1x1.5sq.mm. Cu wire in 20mm dia. rigid PVC rigid conduit ‘MMS, FR’ (Plaza / Precision) on wall / surface with PVC saddles, screws etc. to light / fan point incl. S & F 6A piano key type switch with 6 A socket for some points, ceiling rose (Anchor Penta/ as par EIC) on M.S. box with hylam cover 3mm thick on wall complete with making earthing attachment, painting the MS box and mending good the damages to original finish (individual earthing & individual neutral and cutting of wire any point except point to point will not be accepted) of any length & partial concealed as per direction of the EIC.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 3 nos. 20A plug socket with separate 3 nos. 20A Piano key type switch, indicator & 20A switch type SP MCB (Anchor Penta/ as par EIC) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S & F 300x200x65mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required.

Supply and fixing of 240V AC ceiling fan (high speed, double ball bearing) complete with fork canopy and down rod etc. including Socket type fan regulator (Step type, Anchor Penta ) on existing switch board by screw after making housing for regulator knob by cutting top cover incl. making necessary connections etc. and required length down rod/ other arrangements and special clamp if required to hang the fan from truss/ ceiling as: Crompton make1200mm Sweep (48”) Smart Breeze/ Riviera model or as per the direction of the EIC with prior approval.

Supplying & Fixing of AC exhaust fan heavy duty complete with all standard accessories including louver shutter & cutting of hole if required, EPC make, 30 cm( 12” ) 1420 RPM, as per the direction of the EIC with prior approval.

S & F of EPC make, 240 V, 450 mm (18”), Typhoon model, 4-Blade, Wall Bracket, 1420 RPM, 85 W, Fan with all accessories, fixing arrangement to run the fan as per the direction of the EIC.

Supply & Fixing (with clamps/ down rod of required length and necessary accessories for fixing at wall/ ceiling/ truss etc., in some cases after removal of existing fittings and returning to store) of Retrofit type liner LED T8 T/L with extruded aluminium / PC body and PC diffuser complete with inbuilt driver (Crompton make Cat No: LTT8 – 20) along with LED Batten Industrial Box type luminaire with CRCA body. Crompton Cat No: IGP 161 LT8-16 (Single) or equivalent as per direction of the EIC with prior approval.

S & F (after removal of existing fittings and cutting the false ceiling as per requirements) of Recessed down light with pressure die-cast aluminium housing for effective thermal management and HET diffuser for better performance with supplying and fixing of all related wires and accessories WIPRO make, 5700 K, Helios | LD90 model, Cat No.: LD90-231-XXX-65-XX***, 18 W or equivalent as per the direction of the EIC.

S & F (after removal of existing fittings as per requirements) with supplying and fixing of all related wires and accessories (Clamp with 50x6 mm GI strip, 15 A piano type switch, Box etc.) WIPRO make, 5700 K, Maxx | LE09 model, Cat No.: LE09-671-XXX-57-XX, 55 W or equivalent as per the direction of the EIC.

S & F (after removal of existing fittings as per requirements) with supplying and fixing of all related wires and accessories 5700 K, Bulkhead | LW07 model, IP65 luminaire for surface/wall mounted applications, Cat No.: LW07-141-XXX-57-G1, 10 W or equivalent as per the direction of the EIC.

Supplying and fixing of 415/ 500 V Double Door Vertical TPN MCCB/ MCB D.B. IP- 42/ 43 & IK 9/ 10 protection in manufacturers MS Enclosure with MS Cover controlling MCCB as incomer and outgoing TP/ SP MCB, on angle iron frame on wall & mending good the damages to original finish including Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment at the INCOMING / OUTGOING side as follows: (a) Ekinox³ TPN DB-VTPN DPX³ 160 MCCB DB's, as per IEC 61439-3, with 250 A Copper Busbar for each phase, 2 Neutral bar, 2 Earth bar and Cable ties for, Cable management, Reversible Door for IP 43, IK 09 with metal double door DB's, with provision for DPX³ 160 MCCB as incomer and SP/TP MCB's as outgoing: LEGRAND Cat. No.: 5077 47, 08 way DPX³ 160+24 VTPN DB or suitable as per direction of the EIC.

(b) Supplying and fixing 415 V Four Pole MCCB of Breaking capacity 25kA/35kA with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic / adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting in existing DBs / enclosure and necessary connection: 125A FP 36 kA DPX³ 160 MCCB ( Legrand make CAT No.: 4200 96) for fixing at VTPN D.B.

(c) Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection (i) 10 – 32 A SP MCB ( Legrand make ) fixing for VTPN D.B

(c) (ii) 63A TP MCB ( Legrand make ) fixing for VTPN D.B

(c) (iii) S & F of sheet steel Cable end box for 12 way VTPN DB.

(c) (iv) S & F of set of 4 spreaders for DPX3 160 4P MCCB 125 A ( Legrand Cat No. 6250 06 )

Supply & Fixing of 240 V, 25A Modular type socket, 25 A, Modular type starter (North West make) with 25A Modular switch type DP MCB (C-Curve, 10 kA) and 6 Module GI Modular type switch board with 6 Module top cover plate concealed/ flushed in wall including S & F of switch board and cover plate and making necessary connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc. as per the direction of the EIC.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug top with indicator (North West make) & necessary connections.

Dismantling of existing 3 ½ Core x 70/ 95 sq. mm. I/C & O/G Cables, 125A Main Switches- 03 nos. from basement and relaying, re-fixing of 3 ½ Core x 70 sq. mm. Cables, 125A FN Main Switches at the desired locations as per the directions of the EIC including all accessories such as saddles, GI wires, Gland, Sockets etc.

S & F of Suitable size (12”x12”x6”) SS enclosure box with hinged type door, hylam cover in the inner side comprising 63A FP MCB (Legrand make C series 10 kA) LED Indicator lamps as ON, Off, Trip, push switch for ON & Off along with L & T make 40A 3P Power Contactor (MNX 40, 40A, Fr-2), Overload & Under Voltage Relay including internal wirings and accessories using proper ratings as per the direction of the EIC.

SITC of High Wall Split Type 1.0 TR 3 star rated 100% copper non-inverter A.C. machine including all accessories as required to run as per direction of the EIC ( make – Hitachi / Carrier )

(a) Uprooting of existing cable (3.5 C 240/ 300 sq. mm. LT cable from S/s at Gate 3 to the Pillar Box opposite to Gandhi Bhavan) from the existing trench, finding out the fault, repairing the same using Heat Shrink straight through Jointing materials (as required quantity) and all accessories and relaying the same to run the PB in all respect as per the direction of the EIC. S & F of 1 No. Open Execution Type FN S-D-F suitable for DIN fuse-link (4P) L & T make type: FN 250 FP, Cat No.: SK90472 with 4 Nos. DIN Type Fuse Links Type HN L & T make Size 2, 250 A- 4 Nos. S & F of 1 No. On-Load Manual Operated Open Execution Type Changeover Switch Disconnector (Conforms to IEC 60947-3, IS/IEC 60947-3) L & T make, Fr-3, 250A, 4P Type: CO3-250, Cat No.: CO32500OOOO. Including 2 sets of earthing using 50 mm dia. Class B medium ISI GI pipe electrode by cutting of any kind of soil/ concrete, treatment of soil, masonry enclosures and S & drawing of 25x6 mm GI strip as reqd. from pipe electrode to Earth bus (S & F of 50x6. 0.5m length) near to the set as per PWD Schedule. Above 2 unit is to be fixed in a metal box made by 2 mm CRCA Sheet, duly power coated suitable cable end box at the both sides with 50x6 mm Cu bar as interconnector and at both side as throat for connecting the I/C & O/G cables with three phase led indicator through 6A 4 Pole Legrand C Series 10 kA MCB as per direction of the EIC. The entire assembled unit is to be fixed on wall in an angle iron frame.
